I answered the phone twnety times and they hang up every time I say "Hello?"

Well, received a call from this number.  The 110 is usually dialed when you want to call the US when you're abroad (at least that's how I do it).  The caller ID shows "Unkown Name," and since I don't know anyone out of the country, I didn't answer it.

Not a minute later, a call comes in from the following number: 488-462-9014.
Again, an "Unknown Name."  

Not another minute later and it's 713-893-0673 calling.  Same name.

Within the minute, another call comes in from the 110 number.

One would think with the listening in of phone calls that the government doesn't do, it would be somewhat easy to track down.   Grrrr.

31107108942 keeps calling saying they are a recruiter and they need me to email my resume.   Heavy Accented woman from INdia, says she is trying to send me an email, but she keeps getting a message that Im not accepting emails (Not true) Sounds like sombebody is scamming!

Got a call from this person at 4:12pm yesterday. Wasn't around to answer my cell, and he they left a blank voice mail. I believe I got calls from them before but I am not positive.

Rec'd call from them twice, latest call was today 4/17/08 I let the ans. machine get it. (thank goodness).  Our outgoing message is in Arabic, from the sounds of previous post perhaps they dont understand what is says, they didnt leave a message, they just hang up..Anway when I tried to call it back, the US recording said the call couldnt go thru as dialed.

My caller ID on my cell phone shows a call from this number at 8:09 a.m. today. I didn't answer.  How would they get a cell phone number?

received call from this number on yesterday. heavy accented man called to speak to husband by first name, told him he wasn't home, then he asked for me by first name and i asked who was calling. he immediately told me that he was calling from gov. grants and that i was selected to received $3000 free money, not pay back for education or to start up business. knew he was fake so i pretended that i was interested. was he pleased! told him i was in college and he stated that i would get and additional 1000.00 for that reason and that i would need to confirm with someone from the state department and i will be receiving my money within 5-10 days. well.....then he drop the bombshell that i would need to pay a one time fee of 39.95 cost to transfer my funds into my account and needed my tracking number. i then let him have it and told him i was forwarding the number to scambusters. HE HUNG UP!!!...lol

Was called today for the first time. Thick accented Indian man. Said he was calling from govworks.com and that I will recieve 5000.00 from the IRS because I've been such a good taxpayer and haven't had a bankruptcy in the last 2 years. I questioned him and then he said he was a government dept. of the State Dept. I asked him if I would need to give him my bank account number and he said they would need my routing number so my bank can recieve the money and the confirmation number.
I immediately told him he was a fake, that it was b***s*** and that I was going to report him to the FBI. I told him he should be ashamed of himself. I hung up on him and he immediately called back, but I didn't answer.

For the past week we have received at least 3 calls from this number.
Person seems to have an Indian (India) accent from Media etc. My wife told them we are a no call number, she apologized and hung up.

I started getting this call on 1/5/2008 and since then they would call and hang up I'm getting really tired of answering the phone now. If there is someone out there that can help please let know what to do next... I already reported it to the phone company  other than that theirs nothing they can do  to really stop it, isn't  that ironic. . .

I started getting calls from this number a couple of days ago.  I answered at first and there is no answer on the other end. I am hoping there is not a reverse charge or something on the other end of this number.  I looked up country code and it said Costa Rica?

calls often and when i hang up, they call right back. they never identify themselves. very frustating

First time being called by these people.  It was verrrrry early in the morning.  Obviously they don't care what time zone they are calling.  Hope I don't get anymore.

Repeated calls over the last few days. Asking for "mother of the house" in heavy accent (Indian? not sure).

I have caller ID so I never pick it up if it is an unknown caller. I know if it is a person or business that knows me that they will leave a message.
This Number has came through 2x today along with maybe 30 in the past few days without the number as well.

I am so frustrated.  I believe I am on a registered do not call list.  Why can't we just be left in peace???!!!

I have received 10, *TEN* calls from this number in the last 24 HOURS!  I have told them repeatedly I do NOT want to take their surveys to STOP calling and they will not stop, literally calling again 2 minutes later.  If I hang up, they just call right back.  I can't get any info on the company.
