Recieve an sms message from a man i met on a dating site from this number.
He goes by the yahoo messenger ID as stevenwyatt1964@yahoo.com

I got the same deal as you. I did not send him crap either.

getting text messages from 1-111-440-600 & 601 girl saying her name is Ruth from ghana

Where does this number originate from?

It happen to me too. They would call or send txt. Mess.

1111440600 text asked me to reply to y.ahoo.it/imsms.  I am not well versed in domains, but this would seem to be out of the county. Did not do it, so don't know anything but the number is now blocked on my phone.  Please, even as behind the tech curve as I am, I know better than to respond to a number that starts with 1111. and a "it" domain "?"  give me a break.  Lets keep posting these people because it seems the phone companies can't help or at least don't have any incentive to help.

Who is this I checked on the internet and it said be careful this may be a scam, are you trying to scam me?

I received a txt msg from this # on 04/02/13 @6:20pm.  There are only four people that have my cell #.  

We are being monitored and studied "anonymously" by data the government and extraterrestrial beings collect from different forms of technology we are currently using.

I received two unsolicited texts within 30 seconds of each other today the first comes from 1111440600 and says: A Yahoo! user has sent you a message. Reply to that SMS to respond. Reply INFO to this SMS for help or go to y.ahoo.it/imsms.

The second comes from 1111440601 and says: logandejesus657: Hello you've collected a  fr ee call this number now ,888,+986,+8123  

I have copied and pasted both messages from the originals.  I will be reporting both numbers.

Received 2 texts: 1st "A Yahoo user has sent you a message"; 2nd "audreyburns857: Congrats! you've earned a Carribean cruise no-cost dial us 888-998-6745 prize code# 4166"  These people, or this person, needs to get a life, or a job, or a good a**-whooping. Do they really have nothing better to do?
