My phone, an LG Shine, is messing up, so I put my SIM card in my daughter's old phone, a Samsung m427. I started getting tons of these messages from 1111470400. The message I get says: WVCI 1.1 lge_im01
I can't reply to it, nor can i call it back. I tried to reply "STOP" to it, but it doesn't send. It fills my mailbox up throughout the night!!!

I put my nephews media card in my blackberry pearl and I had added a few new apps then that evening I got a message 15 at a time totalling about 150 of the same message in an hour It was wvcl 1.1 session cookie #5810810311911811610111511648  it was crazy thats all it said. I replied with the word  STOP but it didn't. Then I called my carrier and they said to email support@oz.com and type the word  stop. I dont know if any of those things worked but it's worth a try it did stop finally.

I know where this problem is coming from. I just got a brand new black jack by samsung, and i downloaded the I.M. from OZ. if you download it to your sd card, you will get this message.if you download it to your phone, i havent figured that one out yet.lol. but after i downloaded messenger i got theese every 10 mins.so i deleted it from my card first(wouldnt let me delet from my phone first) then deleted it from my phone.and they stopped. so im going re download the OZ messenger to my phone not my sd card and hopefully it wont do it again.

This number is showing up because most likely someone did not sign out of an Instant Messaging client properly. So it's the IM client or xpress mail client that is sending out information to the phone trying to alert you that you have an unread IM/Email. Your best options is to log into the IM and sign out propery or go to your xpressmail options and turn "push" off.

The reason this text shows up in your mail box is because of having your old phones email set up. When you switch your sim to a smart phone without removing the email account from the old phone, you will get a notification multiple times that a message was sent to your inbox. Although it does not display correctly when you open the text. It will eventually stop; it usually takes between 5 -14 days.

this is accually a pretty easy fix. if you have OZ IM go into your yahoo msn aim whichever you use and sign in and sign back out. if not and you dont even want to use OZ IM still just download it onto the phone and dont sign in. what it is is a thing that looks for you and its trying to alert you to the fact that you have a IM messege. MAKE SURE YOU SIGN OUT PROPERLY!!

I get this message as well, I got it when I got a blackberry & then I went back to my Cingulair 3125.  AT&T has been ZERO help.  I've been told to close all other messenging systems, which I did - even deleted.  I've been told to text, QUIT, STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, ETC... which I did & then that just prompts another text.  Last night the AT&T lady said that when I get my text bill, there should be a 1-800 number associated with these texts to call to resolve it, that it has nothing to do with them.  I feel like it's a software glitch of THEIRS??  Why else would my phone be fine, until I activated a new SIM card.  Either way, you'd better hope you have an unlimited text message plan.

See this web page:

You need to sign in whatever messenger you use on your phone and sign out. It has something to do with not signing out of the messenger correctly. That link talks about it more in depth.
