No, I do not know him.  I do not know his name. I do not have his picture.  If he gives you his name it won't be his real name.  If he sends you his picture it will be very attractive but it won't be him.    

This is a well-known scam.  He doesn't care about you.  He doesn't want to meet you.  He wants to steal your money.  It will start with a small amount, maybe $50, for what sounds like a good reason.  If you send it he'll ask for more and more and more until you finally get smart enough to stop sending it.

He stole $500 from Nicey.  Don't let him steal from you.  Stop all contact with him.

Yes, his second number has a prefix country Nigeria.Do you have his picture and do you know his name, even first.

He probably lives in Nigeria or some other 3rd world country where scamming Americans is not considered a crime and the police do not cooperate with US police.

He is a scammer.  He does not love you.  He will trick you into sending him money.

I have been corresponding with someone very nice ,nice word   basicly  he fell in love with me ,but I always new something is not right ,Till I helped him with $500 dollars ,But than I had to do some re search of my own Thank god
