This number claims to be some sort of windows support. They claim to have a data base of phone numbers  of people who bought computers and they have errors aon them and they want you to "verify" your personal information. Ignore the calls, as with all other scams it will eventually quit calling, or report it to a legit windows tech and see which direction to go or file with your state attorney general.
