i got call from this number.  and no response

I got a call from +911203091730 that caller was talking in typical village Hindi language and asking about my name, location, qualification and etc?. I asked him why you want such details of main caller said we got the resume of yours and r u looking for a change. I asked him where you got my resume he said I got it from one of the job portal. (Believe me I have not updated my resume in any of the portal or any web site) I told him if my resume is there pls collect all my details through the resume, he said I am just reconfirming the details, finally he asked me r u looking job in abroad or India I said India he asked me which part of India I said Bangalore he asked me what is the salary I said 10 L Per Annum. He told me that your profile selected for Bangalore location and we will give 40 Percent hike. I asked him what is the position and responsibility he told me that he will pass the call to his team leader he will explain to you. I said ok. Again that caller said you have to pay 1300/- as a registration fee (It was interesting and I got to know that it is a fraud company) I said Ok. The caller told me to open the web site www.click2resume.com I opened than he transferred the call to his team leader. He introduced him as RAHUL and he is the team leader of that caller. Rahul (2nd Caller) he asked me you have Credit Card or debit card I said credit card he told me to click on career flash on the website I clicked it and he said click on Order Now than I asked him what is the job and which company he said please hold the call and he transfer the call to the 1st caller he said you pay the amount you will get call and they will clarify all your query than I disconnected the call.

Again they called me from following numbers I just disconnected the call.

Please Note I am doing business and I don?t have resume. 1st caller said he got my resume
Without any interview how can those people can select my candidature without knowing anything about me.
Also directly they are asking me to pay how can believe this kind of people.
Friends there are many consultants giving free job service in India find them. BE CAREFULL THESE KIND OF PEOPLE.
