I would like to complain about the company called ?cvnaukri.com?. They are into providing resume writing and recruitment services. They called me today and told me that they have a recruitment service where they provide placements within India (called job striker) for Rs. 1600. After I registered for this service they told me that I have to take their ?Job Buster? service which costs Rs. 2500 as it is mandatory. Believing them I paid for this service too. Then they told me as the service is industry specific I will have to take their social media profiling (Linked-In) service which was additional Rs. 4000 respectively and was told that after this I will not be asked to pay any money. But since my dad did not have sufficient money in his debit card, I refused to pay and asked them to provide me the services only to the amount paid. But again and again they insisted me to pay it saying this will only be your final transaction in the recruitment process and your profile will not be completed if you do not pay. This is the time when I was suspicious about this company and refused to pay anything more, so they cut the call immediately. When I tried calling back to the same number I found that the number wasn?t reachable and also their website was not opening after that.
So, they got Rs. 4,100 from me and did not respond after that. After this incident I did research on them and found a number of complaints about them online and they also cheat the job seekers by stating that they are a part of naukri.com portal (which is not true). My contact person was son Mr. Sahil Sharma (He bluntly told me that he was the senior manager of the company and gave me two phone numbers, both of which are also not a proper number - 01204118025 & 18001026064). I would like to file a complaint against ?cvnaukri.com? portal and would like to get my money back since we are from a lower middle class family and it is hard earned money of my parents. Please do the needful and block such fraudulent companies so that at least now onwards no one else will be fooled like me.
