Try calling their boss Harry Downie on  0793 222 7451. Tell him if he doesnt stop calling you will  call him  night and day. He will deny everything, even swear at you. Stay calm, re-assure him you are fed up of his nonsense and they will stop

i had this twice this morning but i did not answer so i came here and read about it - now i'm waiting for them to call back so i can try a few suggestions!

Just received a call from this number 1234567892 at 1832hrs, no one at the other end and then an automated voice said bye, so I have no clue as to who or why this number called. It has been a few years since this number was reported so any info would be helpful.

Four times this phone number has called us today, once asking if there were any diabetic senior citizens in the household.

I have have calls from this number for months. FINALLY I found an email address to Mary.Sommers@etechinc.com. I emailed her and she replied "Please let me know if you receive any further calls as our IT department has set your number to uncallable status and your number will be removed from all the call lists tonight during processing."
NO calls for about 3 weeks, then yesterday they started again.
I reported them to the DNC as my number is listed there. No help
Would someone please tell me what I can do for these to Stop?

Aren't automated calling machines illegal?? They should be.. grr I'd love to give these people a piece of my mind..

I've just starteg getting this and it's really annoying. I've been also receiving calls to my cell from somewhere in Louisiana (i think) with a spanish message, but they haven't called in a while. I wonder if it's the same outfit.

Usually no one is there when I answer.
But today I was asked if I speak polish by a lady.
Im canadian with a polish background, and I hate that I never learnt how to speak polish. So I never got to communicate enough to find out what is going on.
Im hopeing the polish lady will call back again tonight when my parents are over so I can get to the bottom of this.

They also call my business line about 7 - 8 times a day, pretty much every hour too.  I've also started to write down when they call with time and date and I have reported them to my boss who also gets the calls.

The best thing is for everyone to report them for harassment and eventually, they'll get in trouble.

I'm in Halifax, NS and I've getting these calls for weeks from this number....I answered it last night and I could here someone talking english with an arabic accent.  I was talking back but they could not hear me.  I'd love to find out where they are!!  A$$H@(E$!!!!!!

Same issue here. 3-4 times a day, I can even set my watch by them. Got Telus block service, then after 1234567892 called again, I dialed *60, waited for a moment, and then dialed #01# After that, the Telus voice said "the number 1234567892 has been blocked". Now, let's see :)

Does anyone know the company name? I'm in BC and my telephone company told me that the call was local even though it was 123(area code). This hast to be harassment I get called 3 to 4 times a day ( I don't answer anymore) and it has been ongoing for 4 weeks know. Theh worse is it's on my cellphone.

just talked to bell.. it's an automated calling machine that monitors times when you pick up and will sell your number to various telemarketers.

if you answer, press # 11 times.  this will screw up their machine and stop future calls.

This number keeps calling my line and no one is there... Its driving me insane!!!!

That number calls both my home line and my business every hour on the hours, from 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM and nobody ever speaks.
Make a record of times they call you for 2 or 3 days and report that to your telephone company as harassment.

This number called twice today,  and when I pick up there is no one there.

This number called me this week. When I answered lady asked me if I spoke Polish. I hung up.

I'm with Rogers and my wife is with Fido. for about a month now, we've been getting this call from a weird number which is 1(123)456-7892.

If that is not weird enough, we get the call pretty much at the same time. I usually get it first. Few seconds later, she gets the call.

Most calls we got from this number in one day is probably 6 or 7.

Any clue?

They keep couple time a day (I can see from my log file). Consdidering that I'm running VOIP phone service from Primus, I was able to forward these idiots to some phone number, which is not in service. But in any case, it's huge bulls..t and should be punished.

The number keeps calling up to 6 times a day.   I was told by Bell to have the number removed on the CMA website.  (Canadian Marketing Association)  Good luck to all.  I think it is crazy that no one can trace this caller.

These calls have been going on for a couple months now. Every 6 hours to my company-supplied Bell phone. Sometimes, when I answer, an automated lady's voice says "Hello," and then the line goes dead. One time, I answered and a guy with either an Africaan or Arabic accent answered and I gave him a piece of my mind, he apologized, and the calls stopped for a couple weeks, and now they're back with a vengenance. I called Bell Mobility and they said a key contact from the company I work for has to call them to filter numbers. So much for customer service.

Yes, EVERY TIME they call I ask them to put my number in "do not call list", they say "OK!" and then call me again in two weeks or so. What is my the next step? Should I call the police? And it lasts for almost a year!

they send a bill for 20,97$ ,I don't no from they got my name and number ??I will repport that for police ?
