This number has been calling me 2x/day for the last 3 or 4 days.  My answering machine picks up b/c i'm not there.  Just dead air on the other end. One time there was a click and then a voice, likely a telemarketer, saying "hello? hello?"

i THINK THAT'S REALLY CREEPY i HOPE THAT DOESN'T HAPPEN TO ME.iF THAT DOES THEN I'LL TELL YOU EVERYTHING.I'LL BE SO SO SCARED.

said they had a $2600 trip to mexico for 4 people.  all inclusive trip.  they had a second trip for us to give away as a gift.  all we had to do was press 9.

I just got a call 2 mornings in a row, around 9:45 am both days from this number. I dont have call display so I was lucky that they waited for the machine to kick in so I could grab the number the first time. Today though, I answered and got dead air. Its the C.I.A. most likely.

My answering machine got it. Message was "hello".

Pick up and there is no answer. T has happened 4 or 5 times in a week.

Just got a call from 124 392 2600... been getting a lot from them lately.  This time I picked up and said hello twice and they came on.  They wanted to talk about savings on long distance.  Told them I wasn't intersted and hung up.

Got this call, they claimed they were calling on behalf of Zellers, I told no don't have a Zellers account or credit card, I ask where are you calling from they replied from HBC, I asked what location they replied HBC Building,I asked for the telephone number in case we get disconected and that I could call her back, she said 1-877-469-1422, of course this is not their number but the HBC number,  I asked for the Supervisor name, they replied Daniel Jones, I ask for the address, they hung up, I call 1-866-225-8251 extension 7189 which HBC at Privacy and demanded that they verify and investigate into this matter as you can also call this same number to have your name and telephone number removed and placed in privacy, where you will illiminate many more phone calls, and have told them that this was becomong an issue of Infringement of privacy and also Trsspassing. And that I will hold them loable if this happends again in the future, they told me that it was a fraudulant phone call, and I told them who is it that is causing the fraud as when we applied for their credit card we had specificaly placed that we do not want them to give out our information.

Folks you must all start to act responsible, when applying with any companies and modify the contract to protect your information, trust me, try and apply for a cresdsit card and where it says that you will be held responsible for the transaction place a I WILL NOT BE held responsible in big letters and they still isuue you the cards, then have fun.

We get a call from this number 1-2 times per day.  Long silence usually and I hang up.  This time I waited, and got the hello, and then hung up.

They should be rounded up and sent to Guantanamo.

This number keeps calling me and when I tried to call it back, it said the call could not be completed. I'm getting so sick of this.

This is a new one for us.

We are unlisted, and we still get these calls.

We have a new policy. Because we have call display, these rectums can keep calling until pigs fly. Until they identify themselves we will never answer.

Whoever/whatever it is that is calling from this number calls my house once every couple of days.  I'm never home when they do though, it's usually morning/early afternoon.  Who the hell are they??  Between them, Bell Canada, Byo-Steem, and a couple others, I'm about ready to go postal!!!

Also got a call from this number, but I did not pick up and no message left.  Have received calls from various area codes not recognized, so I never pick up and never pick up on a 1-8nn #.  Is it possible some of these are 'physing' numbers as the one time I did pick up from a strange area code, it was a recorded message about reducing interest rate of a credit card and I hung up.

A call from Iran is pretty strange. Hope George doesn't come lookin' for me. :)

yep just received a call from these folks ,but i chose not to pick up cause i am sick and tired of these ridiculous phone calls on offers and what not ,it is quite aggravating, does anyone have any idea who they are and what they want ,because i swear i am at my wits end with these phone calls, that i had to change my phone number.

just got a call from these fine folks.  Asked to be put on Do Not Call list and was transfered to a supervisor.  Repeated my request to be put on Do Not Call list and was told that I would have to call another number.  As soon as I read him the CRTC regulations - he said that he would put on list but refused to give confirmation number.  I've filed a complaint with CRTC.

We also received a number of these calls a day. I answer and no one was there - but then I heard "Hello" twice from someone else because in the backgroung there was still ringing. I want to know what this is!!!

I picked up the phone, said "hello" twice and no one responded so I disconected the call. There's been quite a lot of these calls lately and it's really annoying.

I got a call from this number too.  My husband told him I was in the bath and he was quite rude.  "Ya, right, she's in the bath, I'll call back later."

Just received a call from the 1-124-392-2600. Said hello over and over but no one answered. I also got another call from 800-8420247. Not sure whats going on, but this is out of control with the calls.

Got a call from this number - live person at the other end who said "hello" but nothing more - sounded busy in the background. I hung up.
