This number calls us daily, always with dead air when we answer.  A few days ago they called at 1 a.m.  -  this is beyond a joke.   How do we stop these calls?

This is ridiculous!  I no sooner hit submit on that post and another call from a (127) area code number.   This time 127-479-0098.  What the heck does a person have to do to stop nuisance calls like this, short of unplugging my phone?

This number has called 3 times in the last 30 minutes and there was dead air each time. I did an internet search and all indications are that this area code (127) is invalid and does not exist.  Why is it then that Bell Canada is permitting such invalid numbers to pass through their networks? We pay over $30 a month for privacy enhancing features (call block, call privacy, unlisted #, call display etc)  that a simple piece of telephone software should be able to detect and block. Extremely annoying and Bell's call block list has a limit of only 12 numbers.
