VERY FRUSTRATING... We've received many calls from this phone number--sometimes they just hang up when we answer. Same story as other posts... Microsoft windows trouble -- We are totally Mac & we get an immediate hang-up.

Caller claimed to be from Microsoft windows. Stated that he was getting trouble reports from my computer and needed me to turn it on and give him remote access so he could fix it. People DO NOT answer this number!!!!,

HANG UP ON THIS CALLER FROM THIS PHONE NUMBER 128-005-1667. THIS IS A SCAM. THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT YOUR COMPUTER IS INFECTED FROM A DOWNLOAD. THEY ASKED ME TO TURN ON MY COMPUTER AND THEY WANTED TO HELP ME TO CHECK FOR IT.
