someone from this number called me and left a message saying to look under my bed there was a dead rat there.

I am on the do not call list.

Same number called again today. Unknown area code. Some mumbled talking in the background but they did not leave a message.

Looking at caller ID it was no one I wanted to talk to.  I am on the no call list, for whatever good that does!

Home remodeling. As if I'd invite a stranger to come to my house. I hope these people can be stopped. It's harrassment.

Probably computer generated dialer?

They called and stumbled with what they were saying, but asked if i needed any kind of home improvement, a special going on.  very rude women..

Received a call from this phone number and when machine came on there was no message left

OMG!!!!! I am kinda scared ( and I shouldn't be ). I gotten this strange text say " Please Call " 7577683805 "" I am thinking strange thoughts on who the caller could be. I guess I am watching to many Grudge videos on Youtube. Anyway, I am scared.

This was a solicitation for home improvement.  When I told them I was on the do not call list, they were rude and would not stop talking.

if its a invalid number than someones using a spoofcard ( A spoofcard is a device for prank calling that people disguise thier phone number )

I did not answer and they left no message

which according to 800 notes is an invalid area code

when I returned call I got a recording saying "you have dialed an invalid feature access code"

129-321-1100, Home Improvement Contractor...The typical speech " We will be in your area this week giving estimates"

Don't be fooled by any contracting firm soliciting over the phone, they are either scam artists or crooks that will take your money and won't finish the job.

If you are on the "Do Not Call Registry" It does not matter to them, the only thing you can do is get information from them and report them to the FTC on there website. With enough complaints maybe the FTC will start fining them. That's all you can do, Nothing more nothing less.
