Refer to my post dated 11th March 2011. Not one of the subsequent postings has indicated that the writer has contacted Prospect Marketing and is still getting faxes, so I haven't advised how I got the faxes stopped - and I won't unless it is clear from postings that this has been done. It's up to you - if you can't read and follow advice, you deserve to still be getting faxes from these people.

We keep receiving unsolicited advertising faxes from this number and want them to stop. The email they provide to unsubscribe is bogus and is used to send more advertising junk. We are a small business and this is a HUGE waste of printer ink and paper for us.

Destinations r us. This company ABN 82 689 830 are annoyingly persitent in sending faxes not wanted. I have unsubscribed by phone several times. They called me back today. I let them know I do not want any more of their advertising. The owner is Malcolm Ford I was told by floor manager Tony.

I'll bet you click on the links that say unsubscribe in your JUNK MAIL too.

Have unsubsribed on 15/12/10. Got another fax today. The website to unsubscribe does not exist. I unsubscribed in December on the phone. They are not answering today despite having sent the fax at 8.26 today.

considering the people at DestinationsRus are rude, when calling to remove your fax number,
tell them if they dont you will do this (blow into a whistle really hard) every time a fax comes in
ruins their day and we might eventually get our point across that we dont want eny more faxes

Via a roundabout way I have learned that faxes re Destinations R Us are now sent from Prospect Marketing, Suite 3, 40 Young Street, Frankston 3199, phone 1800 080 401 or 03 9781 0059.
Suggest you contact them direct, I'll keep an eye on the posts to this site, and if there are continued reports of problems after someone has spoken to Prospect Marketing I'll post how I got them to stop.

I have tried with the prefix number and that does not work
I phoned the call centre yet again - they are abusive and said they get their leads from 6 different data bases - the main one being Destination R us
I have forwarded to Telstra and I will forward to Fair Trading
These faxes are unsolicited
They use our paper and ink and time to rung their advertising programmes
needs to be stopped
PLEASE send to fair trading - with a complaint

The fact that we cannot stop these unwanted faxes is a great indictment on what passes for public protection in this country. I do not know who is responsible for this area but they are really dropping the ball.

How can we stop these annoying people from faxing us if there is no site where we can unsubscribe?
Is there an institution we can complain to and put them on a 'black list'?
I am sick and tired of this company and many others wasting my paper and toner!
