I have just lodged a scam complaint with ACCC. www.scamwatch.gov.au. I urge you all to go to this site and make a complaint. There is no point in making a complaint here. Any details you will need to fill out this form are listed on page one of this site here, under the name DBrown, posted 9th July. All the hard work has been done for you, you only have to fill in the details. It takes about 10 minutes

I have made formal complaint to the media watchdog about this BOGUS Company.
PLEASE do the same yourselves! It is the only way that these 'scammers' will be taken down! Do it!

I too have fallen for this as they have been sending these fax's to our office for ages and rang and purchased a $300 voucher.  I have just found out that they have gone into liquidation!!!!

I have now become a creditor I will be getting something back!!!  

I called them just last week and they assured me that my booking was fine!!!  I had not heard anything for a week and thought I would give them a call to see what the status of my booking was and then found that they have gone into liquidation ....  They are not answering the phones and email.  

I have spoken to the liquidators and they are GP Gregory & Associates located in Drummond Street Carlton and they have now put me down as a creditor !!!

ANYONE THAT HAS LOST MONEY CONTACT THEM AND PUT YOURSELF DOWN AS A CREDITOR!!!!

Google this company, you will see what has been going on.
I purchased these vouchers in good faith, I will be contacting the ACCC

I did from an abn search one address is Wheelers Hill Vic 3150, but the other is;
Level 1, 3 Wedge St Werribee which is a a house (search on Google Earth). .

Found many other people complaining about faxs , well to avoid the wasted paper and ink use a computer fax system like Winfax, though you must leave your computer running all the time it is much better, just store and/or print the ones you want and delete the junk, no waste.

Telstra on 1800858996 will do a month long  trace of all calls to your fax line so you then report to them which ones were junk

Contact your bank explain what has hapened and they will tell you how to proceed, I simply filled out a stat dec explaining what had happened, I printed out the emails I had and included links to this website and all others like it and sent it to the bank. They processed it and refunded the money back to my account. It took about 3 weeks and cost me $34.00 Now I presume the bank are chasing them for the money which suits me fine, I hope they catch them

Well, I suppose I am in a long line..We bought a voucher, had a holiday on the gold coast and it was wonderful. So when they contacted me again, they pursuaded me to purchase $500 dollars worth of vouchers. Like all the others I can't get in contact with them, they do not call back. Emails unanswered and the website doesn't work. VERY UNHAPPY!!!

I just made a very interesting discovery in the Telecommuncations ACT. The definitions and links here are very relevant to this issue. Although the experts are divided on how we should best address this matter , this is certainly worthy of discussion. If you check out the telco act it highlights the following, specifically pointing out the following relevant facts:
marketing fax" means:
                  (a)  a marketing fax (within the meaning of the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 ) that is sent to an Australian number; or
                  (b)  a fax (within the meaning of the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 ) that is sent to an Australian number, where, having regard to:
                           (i)  the content of the fax; and
                          (ii)  the presentational aspects of the fax;
                         it would be concluded that the purpose, or one of the purposes, of the fax is:
                         (iii)  to conduct opinion polling; or
                         (iv)  to carry out standard questionnaire based research.

"telemarketing call" means:
                  (a)  a telemarketing call (within the meaning of the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 ) that is made to an Australian number; or

If they have been sending faxes to your number and it is on the Do Not Call  register then they are breaching this act......Register your number in the DNC  and then just hope they fax you..then we've got em..  and you get the added bonus of not getting anymore telemarketing calls..good luck

Its well over a year since I got ripped off by these guys.  Just amazing to know they are still getting away with it.  Scary stuff.

Please be advised that I have called these people at Agora Marketing and gave them a piece of my mind, only to find out that they are not the ones that operate Big Promotions.  

I will state that I have used a holiday voucher before and had no issues, it was to Bali and we had a wonderful time, very nice accommodation and very helpful staff and no booking issues what so ever, so I was quited easily persuaded to hand over my $200 to purchase vouchers to take my Adult Family to Asia. What a gumbo??? , if they have the facilities to offer, why not just book us in and let us go, we will be consuming at these accommodation houses and may be tantilised enough to purchase their time share offering, who knows on the day.  But to continually pre visit is just putting a bad taste in the mouth to start with, .. I am not rich, otherwise I wouldnt need to look at cheap holidays would I , so I . I will get my Holidays as promised.. And as for , how do you go to get cheap flights to go with the cheap accomodation . I had tro leave two messages before they called me back 1 and a half hours later.  
Is this real and it will the day come when i get my holiday.  GIVE ME A BREAK. a holiday break please

Sorry for the delay, yes I do have the details of them they are at work and I will post them up tomorrow for you.  Also if you still have the vouchers, and the letter that they came with, take them into your bank explain to them what has happened and they will get a copy and vouchers that they came with and send them off to the investigation team.  I ended up getting my full refund!!

It took about three weeks but at least i got the money back... I hope this helps!!!

I just got junk faxes which have now stopped.

I used Do Not Call and the free trace from Telstra on 1800 885 996.

DO NOT email them as this gives them another way to harass you, I suppose you can make a temp address and then delete it later, also if you ring or fax them dial 1831 in front of their number to block yours, remove your header from your faxes.

Giving your credit card details over the phone to some people is dangerous especially if they are over seas.

How did you get a refund? I cant even get on to the sight or their phone number. I bought my families firt holiday off these lying b*****ds. Im pissed. My 3 boys 18th and 21st present from us and we were all going. I want my money back. How did you do it.

I was given 1300 119 160 and alternative number 1300 269 338 if I wanted to talk direct to Mandy - what a joke.

I have also been scammed - fax kept coming to work - rang to find out what it was, got scammed.

Also phoned, email for months, told me the booking was being made - then when I demanded a refund was told, by Mandy, that the boss was making a decision and she would phone me on Monday - wonder which century.

I complained to ACCC - not really interested, have never heard back and tried to claim refund through credit card company without any luck.

I would like them to be exposed and shut down.

I purchased a holiday from Alex in 2010 and I have sent several emails and tried calling the 1300 number and no response. I want my money back these people discust me. Alex was so pushy when selling me this bogus package that I felt obligated to buy it.
