Same thing - shows up as "Delaware Call" on the caller ID. Indian guy said he was from the "Windows Operating System" and that my computer was sending error messages to the International Server. He wanted me to go to my computer so he could show me how to correct the problem. I told him my computer had not been on for a couple of weeks so he must have false information. He kept pushing for me to go to my computer. I told him that I had no problems. He said he had a website that I could go to, to view the information. When I asked him for the website info he hung up. Definitely some kind of scan going.

I got this call from an Indian guy who told me about computer errors as well. The fourth time I saw the number I answered "Federal Trade Commission, Inspector Parker". He actually hung up on me! No more calls, either.

Got a call from a man with an Indian accent and I could not hear him well. He kept asking if I was near my computer - I hung up and he called back threatening to come over and kill us and that tomorrow is Saturday and he will come over to kill us. THIS IS DISGUSTING!!!!! NEEDS TO BE STOPPED!!!!

My daughter has been getting a call from this number, some times multiple calls during a day, they wont say anytthing when i tried to receive the call.

My wife received a call stating the same "sending error messages to the server".  She ask them to call back at  
6 PM (when I could field the call).  The "indian" stated the same line to which I stated that it was impossible, that the computers are off, and that I have run security programs and the computers are clean.  I thanked him and hung up.    I should have ask him the my IP address that he was seeing!!!  I could hear other calls in the background.

This number has called me multiple times 3 days in a row. The most recent call listed the number as 302-123-400, which is not enough numbers for a valid telephone #. I am ignoring the calls.

yeeep. my computer is sending error messages to the server.  tonto (indian Man) said he could guide me throught correcting these errors.

maybe he could guide some personal information or bank numbers. no thanks and i turned my computer off for a bit.

Thanks to warning sites I knew about this scam prior to the call. So, when an Indian man called me about malware on my computer. I had fun stringing him along, giving incorrect information and such.

Got a call yesterday and they left a message.  RXAssistance - only this time it was an Indian voice and was about saving us money on our prescriptions.  Last time RXAssistance was Heather to lower our credit card interest rate.  There was no name just V408191309000045.  Isn't that funny that right in the rules for the Do Not Call List it says that telemarketers MUST show their CORRECT name and phone number - THEY CANNOT BLOCK EITHER ONE.  On the FCC website it has the rules of the DNC list and also has the email addresses of the Chairman and the Commissioners.  Tell them what you think of them making a law and not enforcing it.  This list is less than worthless because they do nothing to protect us while these scofflaws get away with anything.  Forget the citizens - we just continue to let them make worthless laws.

I got two calls from this number today, once the number had 01 before it. both times i cldnt get to the phone and the 3 second msg each time was silent.

I recieved a phone call from this number so I am reporting them to the feds.

Got 2 calls today, 6:17PM & 2:11 PM.  No clue who this is and won't answer.  All it says is Delaware Call and 1-130-212-3400.  No message is left so I don't know anything other than Caller ID.  I hope someone gets some information for this.
