These people called and requested email addresses. I said I couldn't understand their heavily accented English and asked to speak with someone who could speak clearly. They started laughing and hung up.

Two calls in 3 minutes. They recorded sounds from their call centre as messages. Somebody was singing some song, soudns like India or Middle East.

I answer phones all day and get this guy all day long. Runs through the same list of names as 720-708-1000. Today he called and wasn't there but there was a lot of yelling/fighting in the background. Too funny.

Just called IBM direct 914-499-1900 Corp office. They confirmed that this is not a person that is affiliated with them in any way.

Did not answer this call as it first came in as 11323125125.......looked phoney to me. An immediate second call came in with 1323125125.......again, they are not kidding me....phoney number. A legitimate caller would not spoof the number. How annoying these people are!!!! I am on to these phoney numbers as well as those who use FedEx tracking numbers (nothing to do with FedEx) on caller ID.

Calls over and over to speak with a "live" person which is not possible. He refuses to leave a VM and when I explained that was the only way to get i touch with anyone in I.T. group he became extremely angry and very nasty.
Funny thing is our IBM rep is actually in office today.
I asked what the deal was with this guy and he said if it was even a legitimate call, it was outsourced and apologized.
He said he would take the call next time this guy calls and find out what the deal is.

calling and acting on behalf of IBM wanting to talk to phone system admin. This person has heavy middle eastern accent, then calls several times huffing as you answer or ask who it is.
