We are on the Do Not Call list, have anonymous call block set, and we still get calls from these bogus, spoofed numbers almost hourly on most days from a little before 9am until shortly AFTER 9pm. I have tried to take the numbers from the caller ID and block them, but I Verizon fios only allows 10 numbers to be blocked, and these numbers change throughout the day--often by only one digit. They are usually from the same set of area codes and exchanges--about 8 different ones from the NY/NJ region, and sometimes one from FL, or an 800. The Verizon blocking feature doesn't seem to allow me to wildcard blocks of numbers. So, this is basically ineffective. I don't see the point in these calls as there is almost never anyone on the other end--even when we answer the line hangs up after a few seconds.
If anyone has a similar situation, or any insight in how to deal with, please let me know!

This same call was received from 132 130 4999 @10:21am today.

On July 8 we received a recorded message from these scammers about lowering our credit card interest rates and warning that this was to be our last call -- AS IF! I tried speaking with a live person but all she did when she came on the line was ask, while laughing non-stop, if I had over $3,000 in credit card debt. She hung up before I could say a word. It was like someone was tickling her as she was reading from her script. Yep, these are some nice 'professional' idiots who like to break the law. Because it is obviously a spoofed number with an invalid area code, all I can do is add my voice to those complaining about these scammers on www . donotcall . gov.

received call from 140 748 0999 today, june 24th, 5 pm EDT
caller ID says "unknown caller", let it go to vm, no message left
appears area code 140 is invalid area code - if so, how can they load that as their "number"?

They have called at least 3 times this week, all different call times. What is the company name? When you are on a No Call List this is the type of company you on the list to not hear from them.

two calls in 2 days extremely rude people they keep changing the phone number they are calling from why doesn't the government find these people or put these scammers out of business???? obviously they are breaking the law calling people on the government do not cal list

they are a credit card scam company they say that they are to lower your card bills.
I told them each time that I have no card and they will rudely hang up as soon as I tell them that.
If I try to call back I get "The number can not be dialed please chech the number and try again"..
