Calls every few minutes. Foreigners that I can't understand.

3 to 4 calls a day for 3 days.  Finally a message left on answering machine to call Kohl's.

Getting called every 2 to 3 hours.  No idea who this is.

I call the number and Verizon is unable to connect the call.

probably another scumbag collection agency using a spoofed number because they are such cowards to show their real number on caller ID.  They keep calling us and even though we called them telling them the person doesn't live here anymore, they still call us 8-10 times/day 7 days/week.

its no wonder why collection agents have a rep as being scumbags.

numerous calls from this number.  haven't answered.
