Rec'd call from this number at 10:30am Mesa, AZ, no message or anything.

Have received this call to my toll free business number 3 times in the past month.  I do not pick up as I can tell it's not in the US by the number.  They leave a 120 second message each time, with the voice quality very poor, monotone, sounds underwater, poor sound quality.  It's political, I've never listened to more than 2 sentences.  I'd love to block this nonsense, instead of having it cost me minutes of phone time.

Just received a political call from this number. It was a recording about the U.S. and Iraq.  The voice was changed to hide who it really was.  I hung up after about 30 seconds or so.

Weird call - sounded like a political message but with a strange modification to the voice pattern - as if to mask it. No name left, very strange. IF any details - please post, i'm really curious as to what this could be.
