Keep getting calls from this number.  Can't call it back to see who they are.  Says they're some bank that starts with and R and they want to help lower your interest rates.  Who are these people and how'd they get my number when I'm on the do not call list?  The phone companies need to investigate these numbers and put a stop to them harrassing people... Lol but I know they want stop them so I'm gonna try blocking that number....
