Call received at 1:15am with no answer, but background noises present.  I hung up and this number called back within 30 seconds and the same thing happened.  I stayed on the line for over 5 minutes, at one point there was a voice, which sounded like it was background...........sounded like a speaker.  This voice was not English speaking.
