so called lumo on their 1300 number as per my invoice. It was confirmed that this number IS from their credit management section, based in Mumbai, but there is no record on my file of having been called by them 3 times in the past 2 weeks, and (as I already knew) there are no matters regarding my account that need to be discussed - everything is paid on time, and the next invoice is yet to be generated. So this matter is being escalated to management for investigation.

Just got ANOTHER call from them, but this time was spoken to by "Daniel" who advised me was a "Senior Representative from LUMO Energy" and that this 1800 number is in fact "Credit Managment".  Given that 48 hours ago I called LUMO on their 1300 number that appears on my invoice, and being told my account in 9 cents in CREDIT, I don't see what the issue is.

I just got the same call. Claiming to be LUMO energy. They didn't even bother to pronounce my name, they spelt it out. And then they asked for my date of birth, and wouldn't proceed until I provided it. Um, no, I don't think so. Particularly when the number to call LUMO is completely different to this 1800- number.

this no. called my home and I called back to check if it's from my hospital. I called back and they asked my name and personal details. Tried to get the company name and got reject. They said according to the company policy they cant tell the company name before I gave any my personal details.
