Yeah bit** p****off. there are solicitors and don't forget , they might even encumber your vehicles via solicitors and  Trustees based in different parts of Australia. it better you pay them if you owe. otherwise don't expect someone might just knock you door when you enjoying and they might drag you with the warrant. even they would not hesitate to posses your vehicle with their legal channels  parked even with your knowledge if you don't pay and it get out their heads that you are not paying just becoz they are based in India. They are just doing their job which has been forced by their Top As* Ho** Boss ANTHONY RIVAS and others. the poor employees are not even paid sometimes if they don't get the money and they are harassed 24/7 sometimes not allowing them to go home. So show some respect to the poor employees working there. they face more mental harassment than all of you put together.

You Australians are very racial but you as- ---es don't understand that you are descendants of thieves and culprits and basically prisoners who dumped in the island by England as  there was no place for bl***y prisoners like your forefathers. I would like these phone calls to stop as I am not the person they want to talk to, I have asked them to stop calling me but last night around 9.00pm another call came from them, I am sick of it

needed to talk to me about an important business matter and provided me with a reference number to call them back on. When i called back i was left waiting for quite some time and then when i got through i was asked for my date of birth i wouldnt give it to them and i ended up just hanging up on them

These people are parasites. Had client who died 3 year ago as a bankrupt and still they call.

They buy debts very cheaply, claim the full amount and all work on commission.

Let's face it - if you lived in India and had the opportunity to make money based on collections you too would try your hardest.

My advice is pay them nothing. They have no Solicitors that act for them here and they work on the basis of harassment, nothing else.

OMG...I have just finished paying a $4000 debt off with them and have only just read all this information. I have requested for 2 weeks now a letter of nil balance, to which I have not received so far.
After reading all these comments I hope I get this letter. There phone calls were boderline harrassment for a debt that was an ex-partners sometimes calling up to 6 times a day! and threating legal action if I didnt pay a debt that was not even mine, I only paid the debt as I have the goods.

Transpacific/byond global is a SCAM in india!!!!!!! please do not give them any personal information about you or someone they are asking for! just say you know they are a scam and keep hanging up!! dont be fooled! dont give them any info and dont be silly enough to pay them any money!!!!

I have been receiving calls for months from this number, not for me but for my sister in-law, saying they are Transpacific whoever they maybe. Asked many times not to ring anymore.Got fed up with their calls, so rang my phone company yesterday and had this number blocked from my phone. Best 2 dollars anyone could spend. Problem solved

I actually got one of their operators to admit that it was his business name today. they are a funny bunch and i regulary put them on speaker when i want to give other people a luagh around me. A good trick is to put your phone up to a speaker, the magnets will give them quite an earful. Tell them to go jump when they ring, they cant and wont do anything other than try to harass you into paying something. Dont

Not long after I posted a message on here they called again. This time I was so annoyed I just harrassed some indian accent guy who said he was the manager by the name of Tony to send me statements or don.t bother calling ever because I have become weary on weather to continue paying them out due to the nature that they all sound dodgy. I threatened that I will stop all payments and throw out my cell if they keep harrassing me when I am not in breach of any wrong doings because I am making regular payments on time. (Rule number one....I don't have a home number) This Tony guy reacted and emailed me an official looking document with my payments and hasn't called again yet.

I am dealing with this company too and they keep harrassing me with some special deal to wipe my debt faster. I am making regular payments on time but they keep calling me and telling me they will take $1000 off here and there if I take their deal and pay the full amount within the month. I have not received any letters or statments of my payments to them and every person that calls me sound like an indian who I can barely understand. I have just received another harassing call from them afew minutes ago with another deal to pay them faster which lead me to check up on them to see if the company was legit as I have nothing from them except multiple phone calls and one email stating my reference number. I am going to follow puddlejmpr advice and refuse to talk unless they send me a statement the old fashion way (in the post).

Always the same "very important financial matter".
I have no outstanding debt that I am aware of...unless its some ancient library fine or something from 20 years ago.
I called byond global...the number is answered in India....i dont think it will do any good.
Give them no details...let them know you are aware they are chasing poor credit and you are aware they are harassing many people. Keep conversation short and basically tell them to piss off in whatever fashion you see fit.

guys these are debt collections calls. 'Do not call register' has NOTHING to do with it. That only for sales and telemarketing.. They get your number from the people you owe the debt to. However it seems this debt is old and you may not be liable for it anymore.

They have been constantly harassing me, being very rude and obnoxious asking for a guy called George.
When i say there's no George here they try to fight me about it.
I've only had this number for less than 7 months, and they claimed they called this number three years ago and got a George.
They told me they were working for "trans pacific", which is obviously a lie.
I asked him to put me through to his manager but low and behold he wouldn't let me as I wouldn't let him talk to George.
During the call he was very unsure and took a while to reply.  
Eventually he let me speak to his manager who told me to put down in writing that I am not the person they are after,
when i asked for there address he told me to email him?
They have there number on private.

This company is so rude, calling 6 times aday from a private number, and leaving agressive messages should i not return the call.

Yes they are a debt collection agency but no to talk over people when they start asking questions about there account.

When you try to call the no speaking indians back from the number on there letter head you get strange message saying "busy call back later" not the usual Australian engaged signle ??? Odd and strange in there practices.

I got a call, on Saturday 10:55a.m (AST), regarding what I was told was an important business matter. The caller identified herself as Lizzie, and quickly became abusive, when I refused to take the cal!!!! Rude call centre people!

Yes same thing with us asking both myslf and my partner for DOB,Address ect, they`v` had even enough gall to ring well after 9pm. We tried to work out what the HELL there on about and we could not get a straight answer. After returning these phone calls to the person in question they Did Not Exsist Now thet are calling from this no:1800 213738 As the number at top of page no longer is conected so when they call i jst put the phone dwn and leave the line open it would have to start costing them Ringing From A Third World Country Keep Trying Indians!!...

i too am bothered every week by these idiots and unfortunately the above phone numbers are disconnect ... bugger was looking forward to harassing them like they do me !!

They keep ringing my number, and after I was away for a few days, my answering machine was full of their message. 4-5 a day!

Ok, this is what I did.
First, I refused to release any personal info as they would not tell me who they were, or ther purpose of the call. From all searches i can find they are a collections agency.

I tried talking rubbish to the caller, about my dinner last night, bowel movements (I was very descriptive)  to waste his time and get him to eventually give up but these guys are persistent.

I put my details on the do not call register and I rang them. I recorded the call, had the person acknowledge thier name and the name of the business, I then stated my name and phone number and that my number is on the do not call register and I don't want them to call me anymore concluding the call advising the person that this call has been recorded.
Have not been bothered since.

No one I know has a private number, so I have taken to not answering private numbers and letting it go to voicemail.

I think we need a business list, similar to the list of businesses with worst profit gain for 2008, for the businesses who use the tactic of stalking its targets to obtain results? Then instead of byondglobaljust being known for having one of the worst share prices, it would also be named for being #1 stalker for 2008.

Another suggestion is if everyone (their targets) did their best to help byondglobal go out of business, that will discourage others from adopting similar tactics.

I think ignoring them is the best way to defeat them. But hey what do I know anyway.

Sean Wilson is the caller I continually hear, many times a week.  continually asks for private details over the phone and when i asked him for a web address to check out his head office he wanted to argue the point.  He had incorrect information regarding my address (a state I have never lived in). He will simply not go away!!!. I said I would report him to the police if he rang back again, even my husband told him to stop calling.  Lets hope we never hear of the name sean wilson again!!

I called them today after my old boy rang me and said that htere was a message left for me so i did but first i rang a criedt agency in QLD and yep there are a DEBT collector and we chasing me a for a huge sum of 55cents what a joke i told them that i would send them cash in enevolope to them in inda what a joke 55 cents

recieved a call from this rude, arrgonant indian man today, could not speak english real well, looking for my brother, would not take no for an answer, and when i questioned him about the company name, what it was regarding and for his name, he changed his name 3 times, and they expected me to give out my brothers details, ie mobile number, date of birth, address. I dont think so! they got very rude when i said no. he kept saying it was a "personal buisness matter regarding his finances"

identified themselves as beyond global. an important private business financial matter. all indian - sounded very suspicious. would not transfer me to the person who originally called. wanted my date of birth etc to "verify me".

suggest getting a very loud whistle and blowing it down the line!

Received another call from this number. I called the 1800 number and was answered by Beyond Global.. They have rung on numerous occasions asking for my sister by her maiden name(not know by this name for 30 years or more)or maybe my mother who had the same name passed away in 1983. All of the callers had Indian accent. I have called them back asking them not to ring me again. Will wait and see. I am on the no call register so why do they ring me???
