I get this call,no message.....I Never answer a call that I do not recognize.......If it is Legit and important ,they will leave a message.........I am swamped with unwanted,anonymous phone calls 7 days a week.........don't answer them!!!

Had a call from 180-072-2349. Could hardly understand the lady. Accent sounded East Indian... I think. Said we had a problem with our computer and that she worked for Windows. Here's the funny part. We do not have a computer at the address and phone number she called. When I told her that, she said I wasn't telling the truth and insisted she speak to someone else. I just hung-up. I knew better than to answer the phone with such a weird phone number. Lesson learned... again.

I got the virus call from a woman.

About Window's warnings that they are getting from my PC (didn't specify which one since I have more)!! A person didn't know which company she works for and had Indian accent - her Employee # w13345 and when asked to give me her phone # she provided 201-588-3888. It was very unprofessional call, had no valid answer to any of my questions and hang up on her telling her that. They tried to call one more. Yes, she told me that she works for WINDOWS!!! I guess she never heard about Microsoft!!

I just received a call from these guys. Said his name was Nick and he was calling from Windows technical department. I said that Microsoft doesn't call people. This is a scam. Goodbye! I'm guessing they are trying to get people to give them access to their computers so they can use it to send junk.

I had the same thing happen to me, all our laptops have anti virus and I just bought a macbook.. I hung up on him, he proceeded to call me 4 more times within 5 minutes.

Got a call just now. I really had no idea what he was saying. Kept rambleing on about s*** so i just hung up. I really don't have time for this b***s***. My computer is fine and i have an antivirus so THAT should be the first thing that indicated that my computer is fine or not NOT this unknown, unnamed, and unidentifiable person.

I got the same call from the same guy. When I started asking questions the line went dead. Sounded it was an over seas call.

I received a call from this number at 12:26 & 2:35 p.m. today. When it rang at 2:35, I answered and there was a pause, then a man with a very thick accent spoke and said he is "calling from the Windows company", that my computer has been sending messages to Windows and that they are laden with a virus. So when I asked him what I should do, he replied that I should turn on my computer and...at that point I hung up on him. He had not identified himself by name, nor did he verify my identity, before launching his line of B.S. This little lady only LOOKS young!
