180 is an invalid area code so the caller should be treated as hostile. Likely a spammer or scammer.

I'm being repeatedly harassed  by this number which I will not answer.  if it is a collection agency well, I  do not have any debts what so ever.  Ordianry operating expenses such as utilities, food and vehicle. So why are they calling?????

Have had a number of calls from this number over the last few weeks. The only time I answered, I hung up on the dead air which I assume is the time taken for the auto dialing system to switch to a live operator. I am learning:- If it's a long distance ring with blocked i.d. -let the answering machine take the call. It's too bad that the phone service providers don't provide their paying customers with the option of blocking calls from parties who refuse to identify themselves
