I received the call on my cell phone about 10 minutes ago. I dismissed it. No message was left.

I also got a call from this number on my cell phone, I was at work so I couldn't answer but got a recorded message asking if I wanted to reduce my credit card debt, I tried to report the number to the do not call registry but the number isn't valid

I answered as it was my business line and when i questioned them about me they said "one moment while i get that information......you name is" and then hung up the phone.   Sounds like a phishing scam.
