Tired of calls from numbers like this. Nobody is on the other end when I finally answer. Also, does not say unavailable. Caller ID reads: V with a series of numbers.

I got a call from this number by a male indian stating i am sending unwanted emails and i am being reported but he can help me fix it...and started to say start by doing this...and i hung up beware!!!  They trying to hack into your computers and steal your information!!! DO NOT DO WHAT THEY SAY hung up

"Unavailable"  2:05 PM, 3/07/2013.  I answered.  A man with a thick Indian accent said he's Mike from Windows, and did I know that every time I'm on my computer, I'm sending and receiving junk mail; and was I aware of that.  It was hard to understand him, with an echo on the line.  Then he asked if I had a computer!  This scam is new to me; but I believe that he was a tech who wanted to take control of my computer; or get my info to 'fix' it.  I hope this helps to stop others from believing this scammer.  186 is an invalid area code.
