From what I read on another website, 186 area code may be associated with Comcast Collections. That makes sense to me considering they have not closed out my final bill since Dec. Gotta love Comcast.

Yeah, I've gotten this caller once a day for the past three days. Apparently 186 is an invalid area code, so it's using some sort of cloaking to hide their true ID.
