Calls house maybe once a week, hangs up after first hello. Is this happening only to ppl in Colorado?

They called and i actually answered, said it was Comcast and that I needed to pay my bill, told them that i will take care of the matter later and that I would not give them my credit card information. They did not have anything to say after that, it got them quiet.

this number has called once daily for the past week. I have a mobile number based in Iowa, but the calls are happening in Denver. never answered, never received a message.

has called my cell phone many times. Left no message. It is getting really annoying
