This number has been calling today every five minutes. I pick up the phone to say hello and no one answers.

So, in India or whereever it is you really are (nice english, BTW) maybe harassing people is ok. Not here in the US. Maybe the corporate name is Thieves, Inc.? Or, maybe Scammers, Intl. Guess the scamming business must be slow, yeah? ...just WHAT IS the penalty for theft in your country? If you have enough time between illegal phonecalls to look your number up on the internet to see what people are saying about you, and coming up with that oh-so-funny name. Same to ya, "Peggy"

I had these people call me 10 times last night one right after another. The 10th time I did pick up and this lady said her name was Tiffany. If she was Tiffany I'm Jennifer Lopez. Well "Tiffany" had an Indian acct. and said that I had placed my phone number for information for a grant. I told Tiffany that I didn't need her kind of grant and to not call me again. So fare today they havn't.

some one called and you post on some random sit about it, i was just tryin to get a corp. name or location and i find a bunch of a** holes who also have no clue who is calling them

I got this number on my cellphone at 3 something this afternoon. It said 888-881-234. I didn't pick it up because if I don't now who it is that is calling me. Iet it go to voicemail. They didn't leave a message.

I received 7 calls today from this number..I answered every call..they either hang up or a recorded voice says "goodbye" Times they called are 3:42pm, 4:35pm, 5:20pm, 6:09, 6:48pm, 7:48pm, and 8;16pm.

1-188-888-1234 has been faithfully calling my business line for 2 hours every 1/2 hour. Get a load of this the caller ID reads "Name not Found" teach me to work late!

I just received a call from this number on my cell phone. It showed it as originating in Australia. This man also had an Indian accent. There was a lot of background noise that sounded like a call center of some sort. The man claimed to be from US Financial and was calling about my 2009 application for "grant funding assistance". I hung up at this point.

I am so tired of bogus phone calls and people pretending to be someone else. This time the guy by the name of Alex Williams (nobody can believe that is his name - Indian accent doesn't help him much) - barely spoke any English, but he appeared to know my name, and started to talk about me in need of money. Clearly a fraud. My caller ID listed the number as 'out of the area' and prefixed it with digit 6 as 6-188-8881234.
I tried to finish the conversation - the guy kept yelling "NO!", So I finally asked to forget my number and never call me again.
