Lina- In North America there are NO area codes from 000 to 200. It's a fake, that's why you can't call them back. There is also no 300, 400, 500, 600. 700 is special use. 800 is tollfree & 900 is premium. If you ever get a phone call starting with any of those area codes---DON'T take the call! Never a good idea to call them back. Some spoofed phone calls, call back to premium rate numbers.

you can"t call this number back its just goes blank. I"ve received calls  from this number for about 3 months now maybe even longer.
