got a call from number..picked up, they immediately hungup

I received the call at 1:30 in the morning which is 8:30 a.m. in Europe if you know someone stationed over there with the military that's most likely who it is calling.  I emailed a man who got me pregnant to let him know I decided to keep the baby and one hour after I got a read receipt for the email I sent I got a call. I did not answer as I told him not to call me.

Yes, military.  I just received a call from this number on my cell but did not answer as it was unknown to me; the message left verified it was indeed a personal call from someone in the military.

My husband called from this number. He just got to Germany for the military, and he was calling from a calling card and I'm guessing a pay phone.

My boyfriend is stationed in Germany and called from this number. Doesn't work when I called back on it. This was from his mobile phone.. and the payphones are also with a 199 area code. I'm pretty sure it's what the other people have been saying: this is probably a military thing... and probably for security issues so they block the real numbers?

Keep getting calls from this number.... worried about collections, but now after reading, realize it's probably my friend from Germany.

I too received a call from this number, but it was my friend calling back from his German cell phone.

When I get a call from this number, it's a friend in Germany calling from her cell phone...  it always shows this number, but it is probably the number it is routed through to transfer the call to the US.

called 4 times in one day, could nto find any info on the number till i got here, so i called it back and it rand and said "call could nto be completed as dialed" very weird! don't trust them if you pick up and they want any info from you, prob a fraud!

Today was the first time I have ever seen this number, they called once, at 8:30am and that has been all... wonder who or what it was about? same as b.  Called twice, both times picked up, but other side hung up.

Phone service stated that most likely source is Antigua and Barbuda, but could not confirm.

no message, called back and it rings busy.
