My son just called me from the same number from Kuwait. I didn't answer the first time then felt this pit in my stomach that I missed his call. Thank goodness he called back.

I got a call @ 4:51am from this number I looked it up and found this site my husband is in kuwait and I am very upset that I missed his call :-(

I also received this number but it was at 4 a.m. I knew it was from my son in Kuwait he called to wish me happy birthday. I dare anyone else to call me at that time of the day.

I recieved this call around 5:30 PM and on my voicemail it sounded like someone is in a car with the windows rolled down and it lasted for a few seconds.

the first call came in at 1:36p.m. and said out of area. no phone number
the 2nd call came in at 1:58 p.m. and said out of area and the phone number was on caller id as 1-199-965-9043
I did not answer either call.
