Got a call from this scammer.  I told him where to go..

They called and I hurried up and put the number in here..be careful not to answer random calls. It says New Jersey, which we don't know anyone there.

Received a call from this number and the caller, with a thick heavy accent, said he was calling from Windows and one of my programs was corrupt and he would have to walk me through some steps, to fix it.  I told him to fry his a@@ and never call me again..,,

I received a call from this number with some Indian sounding guy saying he was from Windows Support and they had been getting messages saying my computer was highly infected. I have great protection so I told him I thought it was a scam. He persisted and I said I'd play along. He proceeded to try and get me to enter my registry file from the start menu, which if I would have done, could have given they access to my computer. I heard some other guy on the phone as well-sounded like he was listing in on the call-I heard him speak. After I gave the guy more grief he just said "f--k" you, f--k you and hung up! Tried calling the # back & guess what? Got a recording saying it was not in service! THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT TAKE THIS CALL!!!!!!!

got a call from this # but i did not answer and no msg was left on voice mail.  I have read all the comments about caller claiming to repair computers.  Coincidentally I had on line service help 2 times in last 4 days from Avast Support - does someone have access to phone# used by their tech support people ?

Who ever it is, keeps calling daily. We have not picked up. Just hope he will go away. We are on the no call list also.

I gota call today from same person and when I told him no I don't have Computer he started to insult me and use the most fowl and awful langue. This person has no respect for anyone let alone no respect for  women

It's a scam. They are trying to infect your computer with a virus. DO NOT PARTICIPATE!! Just hang up on them.

I received a call from 201-177-2013 when I answered it the recording said "GOODBYE".

number called today, I answered.... heavy Asian accent,male gave a spiel, it made no sense, he basically said he was calling from the computer technical department  (LOL) he said "they" received notifications about my computer,  he then asked me to go to my computer, which at that point I told him he is obviously scamming, then he responded: "f*** you moth******er, dont f*** with me" then he hung up

I am tired of receiving these calls from someone who cannot not speak and should not be trying to speak English  about something they have no knowledge about and is totally illegal to do so when I have all my numbers on the national DO NOT CALL LIST.  Our government needs to put a stop to these illegal  illiterate   people who do not follow the laws.

Got a call from this number.  I kept answering the guys questions to string him along.  About 10 minutes in, he asks me if I've ever seen my father sleep with anyone other than my mother.  Then he just keeps talking about my mother. It was actually comical.  He would not get off the phone with me and I was laughing so hard at his lame attempts at jokes.

Had a call from them around 2 pm today a girl knew my surname said it was about my computer and that they needed to check on the insurance for it .
I said what computer I don't have one, again she said it is about your computer.
So I repeated myself, she said you don't have a computer so I said no at that point she hung up.

Got a call from this number today, first time ever, man with Asian accent claiming to be calling about my computer.  Told to get lost I know its a scam and I hung up.  We are in Jersey, Channel Islands and thought we were immune to this rubbish!

Strung him along with innocent type questions. When I eventually said I had 42 computers, he hung up at once! SCAMMERS, SPAMMERS & CROOKS

My elderly dad also received calls from this number insistent we must  turn on our computer. When asked for his name he said Alan  Smith.

Me too, no-one is there, I still said something just in case someone was listening, I said in a mean voice...lol...stop calling this house....that number is on my caller ID 3 times, Oct 1st, Oct 2nd and just now at 2pm on Oct 3rd...I called back the number and it's not in service

I received the same phone call yesterday and today.  Man wants me to log on to any computer in the house.

Guy calls saying he is from Microsoft & calls multiple times. He has a very heavy accent. Do not answer!
