After reading all your complaints I haven't seen anyone report this number yet 302-836-8408 and the message reads "THIS IS AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM B0FA. HELLO_PLEASE_CALL_us right now, thank you" Notice that they use a "zero" instead of an O in (B0FA) Phone number is a Delaware phone number and the text message is from triminxskns@gailshermft.com:(CONTACT DEBITV) THIS IS SPAM PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THEM!!!

One thing everyone should remember: Your bank will never send text messages. If you sign up for E-mail alerts from your bank, then you will be notified by E-Mail. These so called notifications the scammers way of phishing or shmishing as it is now called.

Beware!  This is a scam!  They send text messages saying they are Bank of America or other bank/credit card companies.  They say your account has a problem and needs immediate attention.  The are trying to con you into calling them and giving them personal information.  Do not call!!!!

My husband got three last night, one from 201-204-0735, 347-410-5894, and 718-246-8080.  There is no way I would ever call that number.

Prank Call
I received six messages last night. One from 1-201-204-0735, four from 347-410-5894, and one from 718-246-8080 -- the times of the calls were from 6:23 PM CDT to 7:58 PM CDT. All the messages had something to do with Bank of America. "Please contact"  "Call"  "Action needed"  "Please contact us today"  "Please take a minute and dial 718-246-8080"  "Important message from B. Of A."

It's incredible that people have nothing more interesting to do with their time.

I keep getting these messages and I know it could be a scam because no bank is going to send those kind of messages late at night. Someone should really find the people behind this scam and punish them for trying to take money from hard working people.
