I don't answer numbers that I don't know but I get calls from this one all the time:  4 rings and then nothing.  Gotta be magazine subscription sales or renewals.

I keep getting a call from this number. Since I don't answer unknown numbers it goes to my answering machine.  As of yet, there have been no messages left.  This person or persons need to stop calling if they don't want to leave a message. Obviously we are not interested if we don't answer the phone.

Ziff Davis calls my house 3-4 times a day.  don't kow why but they do not leave a message.  If you are not going to leave amessage then STOP CALLING!

Two calls so far with Ziff Davis as the caller.  Phone number is 201-215-1707.

This is a magazine subscription thing. They call more than once a day and after about a month I finally answered. I said I wasn't interested, and couldn't get the guy to shut up. I finally hung up on him.

Ziff Davis has called my home 5 times in one day, 24 times in a week. On my cell phone he has called me 9 times, will not leave a message, as soon as you say hello he hangs up. Must be someone with too much time on their hands.

Ziff Davis has called my number twice. I just let my answering machine handle it. It rings 4 times and stops before my machine picks up. I am registered with the "no call" list, so I don't why I am receiving these calls...or for that matter why he/she is calling.

Called twice in 2 days - I don't pick up because I have no business with Ziff Davis. They leave no message.

"Zif Davis" they hung up again but called wanting magazines renewed last week when i answered.

when I have gotten to talk to real  people on repeat company calls or just annoying calls I threton law involvement and that stops most callers
 tell them it is a form of harressment which is against the law

Ive only got 2 calls from Ziff Davis, but both calls were after 9:00PM
I answered both calls & silence on the other end for 30 seconds & then a recording comes on & says i have dialed a wrong number& to hang up & try again. When i call the number back it rings 3 times & then nothing.
This is crazy.I know there is a law against this especially after bed time. I am signed up with Unwanted calls but i get as many as 10 unknown caller or toll free.Ive told 1 toll free caller not to call back but they just call back on another number.
What is a person to do!!!!!

We receive up to 6 calls per day from this #.

We are reporting both to Ziff Davis and Do-Not-Call registry.

they call me all the time about 2 or 3 times a day and i do not know who they are and wish they would stop calling

Leaves no message and I don't pick up unwanted calls, so the machine takes care of it. However, I will be filing a complaint on the National registry.

Calls and hangs up before answering machine picks up.  I didn't answer because it was unknown caller and didn't recognize the number.

Calls over and over again. We don't know how they got our home number we never answer they never leave a message. Ziff Davis comes up on the caller ID.

i did the same thing and they removed me...this ziff character was calling me and hanging up daily...how annoying...thank you for giving this other number

Ziff Davis, OMG! I got 4 calls this week, and once it was a male voice, next time it was female. Whenever I answer the phone and shows up on my caller ID, that I dont know, well, they ask for the persons first and last name.. ie: Is Karen Davis available? I keep telling them they have the wrong number. SHEESH! I am sick of it. I did call that number listed below, and all I got was a recording. Thanks for that information!

UPDATE!  I called 201-215-1707.  Ziff Davis (a publisher of magazines and online media) said they were calling with an offer for a subscription renewal to one of their magazines.  It was automated, and directed me to call their customer service at 1-800-711-3479.  I called this number and "Dial America" customer service answered (I assume this is the marketing team that Ziff Davis hired).  Anyhow, I told them that I had no subscriptions, and that I would like them to remove my number from their calling list.  They said no problem.

They've been calling me as well.  They've called 3 times in the last two days.

This number called twice a day for the last three days. We don't answer calls from people/numbers we don't know, so I don't know what they're trying to scam us on, but it's probably the same as those listed before. All my numbers are on the National Do Not Call List, but one number gets lots of random calls I assume are illegal solicitations, because they always hang up before voicemail picks up.

Want me to renew magazine subscription and I've never even had a magazine subscription

They keep calling my home also and wont speak with my hubby they will call back to speak to me. Hopefully they STOP calling!

This caller keeps calling my home. I don't pickup because I don't know a Ziff Davis. Thats when I googled the number and I found out what he's all about. I want "him" to quit calling!!

THey keep calling me too. I dont pick it up though.

This number is constanly calling.  When I answer it they hang up and if I don't they hang up right before the answering machine clicks on.
