They are a manufacturing company out of dallas tx who makes debit/credit card machines. They are calling (Harrassing) businesses to find the Owner so they can set up an appointment for their sales rep to meet with them to show them their 15 minute lap top presentation and sell them a machine.

Mike.. that is scary.. I just received a call from 302-394-9584 Park Central PR and just ignored the call. I guess this will go on my call block. Someone wrote it was Merchants Services. I have no idea why these telemarketers keep calling people that apparently aren't going to be scammed. Guess they like to play games. Perhaps every call that goes thru they get $$?? Who knows.. stop answering the calls. :)

Caller ID read 1-302-394-9584 and 3023949584 for name.  Caller said he worked for Park Central and wanted to schedule a meeting on Monday, but would not tell me what about.  He then asked to confirm our address.  I hung up on him.  Normally this would end here, but I got a call about 2 minutes later, Caller ID reading 201-215-1788 and 5102 for the name.  This new caller said that she was with Park Central Company and wanted to confirm our address.  She also noted that we had been disconnected before.
I asked her to confirm her company and address and she hung up.

We have repeatedly requested them to take us off the list - they always argue
saying they aren't trying to sell us anything and they need to talk to us before they can take us off the list.

They have called every day for the last 5 days, sometimes 3 times a day.

This person called and asked to speak with the owner.  I said I am the Manager, and am the person to speak with.  The person (male) was exceptionally rude.  He refused to state his name, nature of the business or name of the company!

Calls repeatedly - as many as 4 times per day - never leaves a message.  Even when I answer, there is silence for up to 10 seconds, so I scream "stop calling me!" then I hang up, but it does no good.  I believe that some people simply enjoy upsetting others - these people would be in such a category.

Just like all other unintelligent problem causers, this company calls me 3 to 4 times per day.  They won't leave a message, and when I answer, it takes them SO LONG to say something (due to a computer dialing me) that I scream into the receiver "STOP CALLING ME!" but alas, it does no good.  I suppose most "unintelligent problem causers" are exactly the same.  When I don't answer, they won't leave a message and when I do, they waste my time - I suppose they think they will gain my business in some SICK way?

They continue to call my business asking for the owner. When I say she is not available and that I am her assistant they hang up on me. so i googled their website and sent an email to all the executives to remove me from their contact list or we will take further action. I immediately recieved an email stating they would take us off their call list! check out my email below!

She does not take any phone calls at all. So if you want any kind of business then you people need to learn speak to other people who are willing to listen to whatever your spill is!



I am emailing you demanding you take us off of your calling list! If you do not do so we will take further action.

Just keeps calling, I don't take calls from out of our area code.  Does not leave message.

We are on the no call list but it doesn't seem to help.  We get calls like this often, at least 2 or 3 per day.

Same story as others, I told them we are a corporation and gave them our "corporate #" of 214-271-8095 which is actually the number they have listed as there admin contact # for the website (if you do a whois search on crescentprocessing.com) ha ha..  And I'm the owner, lol.

Thanks to everyone for providing the e-mail addresses and the donotcall.gov link to file a complaint.  I did file a complaint, and I sent the following e-mail to the "executives:"
For the past six months or more, I have continually received calls from your organization.  I am on the national and state Do-Not-Call lists.  I have told individuals that call that I am on the list, that I don't take credit cards, and to stop calling me.  I have also called the number back (201-215-1788) several times and left messages to stop calling my number.  To date, they have not stopped calling.

I have now filed a complaint with the National Do-Not-Call Registry, and am preparing to file a complaint with the FCC.  

It is ILLEGAL for you to continue calling me.  This e-mail will serve as my final notice to you to cease.  I will take further action, including legal action, should I receive even ONE more phone call.

I have recorded myself telling your representatives to cease calling, I have proof of my number on the Do-Not-Call lists, and I have proof of the dates and times that I continue to get phone calls via Caller ID.  

Additionally, a quick internet search reveals this is a common practice for your organization, as you are continually harassing other businesses and individuals as well.  This pattern and practice will not be looked upon favorably by a U.S. District Court judge when I file a lawsuit for harassment and seek damages from your company.



I am serious about filing a lawsuit; it is harassment.  Let's see where this gets me.  If anyone wants to respond to me personally, and/or try to join in the class action should I need to go that way, here is my e-mail address:

Thank you, however, your response still doesn't address why your company continues to harass individuals and businesses that are registered on the Do-Not-Call lists, and/or have told the representatives to cease calling, to the point of being a conversation piece and the subject of regular discussions all over the internet.

It shouldn't take an e-mail to the Vice President, and an instruction from you directly, for the calls to cease.  Who really knows how many others that are out there that have not found this avenue of relief as of yet.  This is the real issue.

Have been receiving phone call from his number, I told him that we were listed on donotcall list, he replied that there is no such thing for businesses.  I called back to 800-618-4428, with no good response since they are not responsible for the calls and/or the telemarketing department.  Any other number to call?
