i just recieved a call from this number.  1/31/11
he said he is with "legal department" but would not give an actual company name
he said he recieved a complaint in my name
i hung up and he called right back
i have blocked his number

Does anybody have the name Paul Wilson call them? He calls everyday really annoying. I cannot understand him. But the next time he calls me, I am ready for him.

I received a phone call today on my cell from 201-215-4690 a "Mark Williams" with a HEAVY accent left a message stating it was Urgent I called and that he was calling about a lawsuit. He also called my job 2x and my cell again within 2 hours. This is NUTS!!!!!

Well they contacted me and it is a scam. They left me on the phone and said I think she is catching on. They change the name of the guy calling every time they call somebody! Turn them into the BBB and the FCT and they will have to stop calling you!

i keep receiving calls at my number, what is this??? is really annoying since they call me at all times.

A caller by the name of Harry Jason has called me under two separate phone numbers threatening legal action if I do not call him back.  He has called me at work and at home.  Although it is true that I have used pay day loans in a pinch I am current with all of them.  I do not intend to call him back instead I am reporting this to the FTC.  

Without authorization of debt collected is suppose to call you at your place of employment.

disregard it and try to be as mean to them as possible its a scam and after a while they will stop and also look at your annual credit report as well because they have your ssn and they could screw you pretty bad

THEY ALSO LEFT ME A VOICE MAIL Stating that i was supposed to give him my credit cardm info and that was it. also he threatened my life with december 21st 2012 what a crock of s***

yea they harrassased me so much i cussed him out and called him out his name that shuld stop the calls

Hi, please see this information below. I have contacted the FTC, Paetec Communications, and will follow-up with the Attorney General in New Jersey. Take care.

I received several calls from 201-215-4690 (a number serviced by Paetec Communications, Inc.); a person with a heavy accent (foreign) continues to call my number with threats; person states that they are an officer by the name of , Mr. Paul Wilson. Person has threatened me several times regarding down loading legal case against me for a payday loan. Person had knowledge of my email address and some portion of my s.s.#. I Researched the telephone # and found it comes from a Land line in Bayonne, NJ; also the telephone provider is Paetec Communications, Inc.

From some research on the number, I have found that this may be one of Paetec Communication customers, and this number has been reported several times to websites, spam alerts, Goggle and recently to the Federal Trade Commission, FBI, and the Attorney General of several states.

I would like to know if you can pass this information along to a higher upper (within Paetec) who can  possible begin to address this matter. This will eventually bring negative back-lash to Paetec.

They call and say they are from a the United Nations legal dept. are very rude and tell me I have complaints against my name and SS #

They will not leave me alone.  They do not have my name.  How do I make them stop?

This man is constantly calling.We can't get him to stop.Please do something

I got the call today from a guy names John Mathew with a very heavy middel eastern accent.  He said I received a $300 payday loan back in december that I never paid back.  What he could not tell me was the date the loan was deposited into my account, the name of the company I got the payday loan from.  The amount was for $300 then a $100 processing fee.  During the conversation he hung up on me, when I called back, his call forwarding clicked over and I was on hold for over 5 minutes.  I called back again and he said he could provide me all the information about the loan in an email.  I have not recieved the email.  I called him back 1 last time and the message was from  magic jack saying that the person I was calling was not avaiable at this time to leave a message.  I report in being filed with my local police department as will as the States Attornery General's office, and Federal Trade Commission.  I would advise anyone who gets a call like this to do the same.  GIVE NO INFORMATION> PERIOD!!!!

Got a call this morning talking something about a lawsuit.

I am being threatened with a lawsuit by whoever this is for a unpaid payday loan.

They are calling me threatening a lawsuit if I don't pay $400.00 in 7 days.  They gave me a case number.  It is scaring me to death. I told them to fax me something showing I took out a loan with them but I have yet to recieve it.  What should i do?

they keep calling me at work.  i don't know what they are calling about.  they say they are from some cash advance company legal department.  i have asked several times for them to either mail, email, or fax me the information they are calling about, but they say they can't or won't do that.  very heavy accent.

Keeps calling my work all times a day I have requested for them to stop calling me. I explained to them i don't know what he talking about but he still keep calling. he talks rude to anyone who answer the phone.
