Called and did not leave a message.  "Member Services"   They will probably "service" me like a bull "services" a cow.

Weird, my message was out electric utility degregulation (scam)

I just got a phone call from a company that came up as "Members Rewards".  The telephone number that came up was 201-243-3416.  The automated message said my mortgage account had I would have panicked and in my panicked state could have reacted in a a way that could have harmed me.  Please, get this false call to stop before someone falls prey to it.  I called them back when I got my senses and put my name on a do not call list.  Time will tell if it works.

There is a new website that will work for many people who have their phone service through providers that allow   Simultaneous Ringing .

Unfortunately not all carriers have this service yet - mine do not....

But they will give you the customer service number for your carrier so you can call them and ask they add this Simultaneous Ringing service.

Thanks to all of you for finding out enough to know not to ever pick up when these jokers call! I hate these call. We're unlisted and are on the no call list! Go figure!

A new misleading name and another scam call from this number.  I have no mortgage to 'lower', and I am not your 'Member'.   Will report to DNC, but probably a spoofed number - so nothing will happen.  If the NSA can monitor our calls and email - perhaps congress could direct them to track these folks down.  Then transfer their address to the CIA 'drone control center'.  That would really be getting a useful bang for my tax buck!

800notes - please give us an option like 'Scum Scammer' on the pull-down list.  I don't want to lump these criminals in with real telemarketers.

Calls repeatedly. You have the option to press 3 if you are no longer a home owner. But it does not stop the calls.

I have called in a Martian airstrike on this location. Calls will now stop.

As per "Jason" above, robo call about modifying my home mortgage. Of course I have no home mortgage. Obvious scam.

I want these harassing calls to stop. I'm on the "Do not Call list" If I can sue for this I will.

Yet another deceptive robo call deceptively trying to sound like they were my credit card company (or mortgage company - didn't catch which this was).  Something about lower payment, press 5 to take advantage or 3 if not interested, but press 5 now.

The caller ID box said "Member Rewards," which is a program of my credit card to reward you with "points" when you buy more on the card.  Even when you pay the bill on time and don't have any fees yourself, the stores still pay a hefty percentage to the banks, driving up prices.  Definitely a lose-lose situation.
