Yep, that number has called me several times too. I think it is a telemarketing firm. I filled out one of those stupid online surveys and included my cell number. Grr!!

This person has called me twice.  Both times they claim that I filled out a form online about taking a college course.  I tell them I never did this, and they say they're some kind of Career Services trying to match students with Universities.  I'd like to know how they got my number.

This number started calling randomly soon after placing my resume on Careerbuilder and Monster.com....obviusly they prey on those they think need to go back to school or something!  They never leave a message though so why do they bother!

I saw this on my cell caller ID, they don't leave a message,it has to be from an online survey I did last night. I did the survey, used the cell and how coincidental, a call came today sometime.

I got a gril named tracy asking me my name i told her i was not going to anser that and to stop calling this number or i will report them

I received a call from this number this morning on my cell.  Have no idea who they are or what they want.  I tried to call them back and when the call was answered no one was there and then it just hung up on me.  Very annoying and irritating.

I hope someone reads these.

If you recieved an email about winning something, mine was a Walmart gift card. It leads you to answering a bunch of questions about purchasing things or being interested in services, this is how they got your number. They have your name and number from the info given from the email. At the begining of the email it asks you to give your name and number to recieve the item you won. They are very persistant!! I told them to remove me from the list and not to call me again. You also may recieve calls from  773-920-1797, 231-732-2031, 616-980-2060 or 410-774-8401. I will never fall for one of these scams again!!!

This number keeps calling every two hours on my cell phone and leaves no message, no caller id so i will not answer or call back

I recv'd a call @ 8:45 PM, they called looking for me & My husband anwswered the phone, said I had stepped out & they said that they would call back... don't bother me!

yeah, I just got a call from these people, but I hung up on her. I know I didn't sign up for any online classes, nor do I want or need information about schools. I thought it was odd and that it must be a scam.

Ya I got the same call and they knew my first name for some reason and they said that I requested information about some universities, which I didn't, so I just hung up on them. They still keep on calling every now and then, it's really annoying.

1-201-257-4103 called on 8/21/08 @ 1:29 pm. I did not answer the call and they did not leave a message. I don't know who they are. My caller ID showed "CI Institute".

I have received calls for the past week. Finally, I answered, a young man asked for me by name. When pressed he replied that it was about some online course information I had requested. Also, I have received calls from 410-774-8401 and 801-642-0241. Strangely, the calls were made to my cell phone each time.

I called them back to yell at them after seeing the number all over the internet.  A man answered with a simple "Hello?" and when I told him the situation, he repeated the same crap about "that online form I filled out."  What a jerk.

I recieved a call from 201-257-4103 also. They didn't leave any message but my caller id said it was CI Learning.

i found out what this number is.. i filled out information at a local college for a grant. this place got my number from them. it is an on line class thingy to take college classes on line. i told them to take my name off of their list he said he would.... we will see.

Never leave messages and then when you call back, if you are lucky enough to get a person, you ask who this is and they ask for your number so they can tell you why they called you. I have asked that they quit but it is 3 and 4 times per day or more with no stopping

We are also getting multiple calls from this number.  I will answer next time and demand my number to be removed, we'll see what happens.  Or maybe I'll put on my best 'recording voice' and say.  'Im sorry the number you have reached is no longer in service'.

i'm so f'in sick of these phone calls. i asked to be taken off the list and the guy said no problem. twenty damn minutes later... i should have known better than to send my cell number to anyone online. hard lesson learned. think if i threaten them with an attorney they would stop? are they really going to make me pay $30 to have my number changed?

I get daily calls from this number and when I answer it I get the sound of silence, which tells me that it's a machine calling me and it will connect me to a person when IT wants to.  I hang up right away.

I Wish These Numbers Would Quit Calling Me But The Weird Thing Is That It Is The Same Guy Each Time They Call Regardless To The Number He Uses!! He Called At 11:20AM,11:45AM,12:00PM,1:45PM,2:00PM,2:45,5:00 And Says He Needs To Speak With Me He Don't Give A Name Or Anything My Boyfriend Anwsered It And He Asked To Talk To Me And He Asked What Was It About And He Just Said I Need To Talk To Her And He Asked Again Why Are You Calling Our House The Guy Said I Need To Talk About College. He Wasnt Any Business Because They Wouldnt Talk In A Regular Manner They Would Talk Professional This Guy Didnt Sound Like That He Seemed To Be A Young Guy In His Early 20's. The Calls Have Been None Stop The Past 3 Days!!!!!!

IT JUST CALLED ME AND I CALLED THEM BACK AND ALL I HEARD WAS RINGING AND THEN IT JUST STARTED BEEPING.

this number called me and asked me if my name was ***** i said yes and they said thank you and hung-up. Pretty weird if you know anything about it comment

i called it back and got a girl named "christy".  she says they're with the "career institute" and they call because you supposedly registered online for a course of some sort.
