They cant have you arrested; any "debt" is a civil matter, NOT criminal, therefore the police have no "probable cause".

Got a call from Bergmann Cawley 201-292-8376 I answered the call and a man asked for another person but me. I told the guy you have the wrong number then hung up. If this is collections its no more than a scam. I owe no debts.
