Want to have some fun?
Spend $39.00 on a Magic Jack and call them back. It is set on my computer and it calls "Ed" back every three minutes!

Debt Collector
The callers are NES Collections trying to collect a credit card debton behalf of Bank of America and other banks.

NEVER return their calls.  If you happen to answer the phone simply tell them they have the wrong number and HANG UP!  Do not engage them in conversation.  Do not answer their questions like "well do you know who so and so is."  Don't let the conversation get that far.

Tell them you don't know whoever it is they are looking for and hang up.  You owe them no explainations!

They are a collection agency that purchases bad debt from Bank of America.  When you see their number pop up just answer the phone with a fake name and tell them you have no idea who they are looking for and hang up on them.  Once you do this they will take your number out of their system and the calls will stop;

DO NOT ENGAGE THEM IN CONVERSATION OR ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS.  Simply answer the phone immediately using a name such as "Good morning Joan Morrison" and when they ask for whoever they are looking for simply say "no one lives here by that name and HANG UP!

Interesting caller, from New Jersey, with a chip on her shoulder. NES collections working for BOA, who btw negotiated the debt amount  from $18k down to $4k. These guys would of course never accept this as they paid too much for the account. But an interesting point, if you do not confirm your identity with a couple of details about yourself that they ordinarily know and have in front of themselves on the computer screen, they WILL NOT proceed with the conversation. Key: every time they call give the same (1 item) of information each time. When they insist on a second confirmation DO NOT PROVIDE anything further. Then they hang up on you! Great because it is what you wanted to do anyway. Ironic huh ?!!
