Hey everyone,  I turned this number into the North Carolina Attorney General for calling me as much as 6 times a day on my home and cell number.  They must have jerked a knot in someone's rear because I received a message from Medco that I had been taken off their list until the year 2999,  yea, 2999.

This is a Scam, They will Call you from many Many numbers i have blocked them  a few times and they keep calling back asking me to give them my Credit card info..

This 201-365-4884 called me several days in a row approx 5 calls a day. Unfortunatly I answered They claimed to a government affill. for free grant money, which I had applied for on line. They charged me a $2.91 fee to get a web sight and a password. Right now I am in a bad finance space. I just find out they cleared out my checking acct. This amount was to pay my mortgage!!!  I Plan to pursue this to the end.
I should have read all these complaints before I became involved. I thank all you you for your replies to this scammmmm!!!!!

I have been looking online for government grants and I get a call from someone saying they are from a place called  Grants Gold  Cluband wanted me to pay $2.97 for access to the websit to fill out an application. When i told them i didnt feel comfortable giveing out the info they kept saying where they were from and that they help get government grants blah blah blah. I'm sorry but if your applying for a GOEVERNMENT GRANT  ITS FREE!  just like its free to apply for FASFA {federal student grants}. If you had to pay for government assistants everyone would have to pay to to get assistants for SSI and welfare! DONT GIVE OUT YOUR INFORMATION! And just tell them that you are going to report them to the proper authoritys and they wont call again.

I get frequent calls on my cell with no answer

I just started getting these calls yesterday, and it's been nonstop since.
I'm wondering, I accidentally clicked on a federal grant website a few weeks ago. Anyone else come across that? Might be a lead.

Annoyed by mutltiple calls

I keep receiving these annoying calls so I am advised to register with www.donotcall.gov.
I think they got my number when I responded to an university grant offer via internet. Caveat Emptor.

Thats what I had to do. They finally stopped calling. It was annoying..they called more than 9 times in one hour! Crazy people

they just keep calling and do not say anything, but they call constantly!!!

So whoever is calling will tell you that the government will give you a grant when you submit a proposal to submit the proposal you will need to get the username and password on their website and will cost only about $2 or sth like that. I told them Im not comfortable giving my card information or anything and they said that they will help give away a prepaid debit card. I think this is a scam so don't give out your card information or anything!

Yeah. These people are calling me as well. I mean isn't that kinda wrong to harass a 17 year old?? I'm a mother and I really don't feel like getting harassed. I get atleast 20 calls from these people in one day!! And they started a couple days ago. And I would threaten them but everytime I answer either they hang up first thing or its just silent. Its annoying. So does anyone have any clue what to do??

recieved 19 calls in 2 days cell company says that i have to buy a blocking service which cost 4.99 a mnth.

I got the my first call 2 days ago on my cell phone, and answered it thinking it was someone asking for a reference(my friend applied for a bunch of jobs and listed me). I answered it and they asked for some random person, and I said wrong number goodbye. She said hold on we would like to extend this offer to you about some free government grant that I would not have to pay back, I said not interested and hung up. That was at 7:30pm on july 19th.

The next morning I got 2 calls from the same number starting at 8am, and missed the first couple. Not thinking as is the usual case when I first wake up I didn't realize it was the same number as the day before and started to think about who I knew jersey that would be calling me(girlfriends parents and family are from jersey). So i called the number back and got a prompt message "thanks for calling our customer service number(no name given of company), press 1 for customer support, press 2 to be added to our do not call list". Stupidly I hit 2 thinking I would be removed. This was NOT the case, I continued to receive calls all morning long with no one on the line when I answered.

I contacted my phone company(AT&T) and asked what could be done on their end to prevent me from receiving these calls, and they offered 2 solutions, pay 5 bucks a month for them to block it(they should block it for free as a paying customer) or email the FTC. Well I went to the FTC website, registered for the do not call list and filed a complaint with a worker over there by phone. Meanwhile on the phone with both AT&T and the FTC I received 9 more phone calls from this number. Some how (I assuming completely unrelated to both of those calls I placed) they stopped calling me.....until today I have now received 5 phone calls in the past 30 minutes from this number and I am strongly irratated.

I feel like these people are nigerian scammers or something, reading the posts from before if I ever answer the phone from these people I plan I telling them I am "richard nixon" of 1600 pennsylvania ave. Washington D.C. and if they ask for a credit card I'll casually reply let me just bust out my presidental mastercard. Anyone else got idea's on how to fight back?

these guys called me on my cell phone, I did not pick up in time then when I saw the unfamilar number I checked the reverse phone number check, and found even more reason to be glad I did not answer the phone.  thanks guys!

ive gotten several kals from them and a foriegn lady asks if i have applied for federal grants..which i have for my schooling next month and then asks for a $2 fee from my card inorder to access their web site...so bogus

mine lasted for 3 weeks and she is still calling me even though she heard my voice mailbox name. she's getting me to the point where I just want to find her and ask "DO YOU KNOW WHAT NO MEANS?" .. like get the hint. it means stop caling cause there is no one by that name. gosh. so ignorant.

My wife has received over 10 calls from one of these numbers trying to get credit card info.  I had her phone and started baiting them with false answers and then started trying to get info on who they were.  I didn't get anything useful, but when I asked them where their call center was located, which totally gave me away, the woman on the phone said "underground" and hung up

WHEN I CALL THEM BACK THE ANSWERING MACHINE GIVES ME THE OPTION TO GET MY PHONE # TAKEN OUT OF THEIR LISTING, THEN I PRESS # 2, AND THEY STILL CALL ME.

i got a call late Friday evening and the lady with communication problems asked if i applied for some type of government loans. What company calls after 9 PM EST??? SCAM!!! She also knew my address and attempted to verify it. On top of all a fraudulent activity has been finally revealed on my Amazon credit card this past week.

These fockers keep calling me too and never leaving a voice message. Luckily I saw this thread, now I know who they are. They have been exposed.

I have received several calls for several days from this number.  When I answer there is silence on the other end.  Yet the calls keep coming in.
It has been very annoying.
