You seem to be ignoring the fact that all of these negative responses are the result of the massive amount of telemarketing calls we receive each day.  Most times a request to be removed from a list is met with derision or profanity.  Consequently, you are all viewed as scum sucking bottom feeders.
More and more of us are purchasing increasingly sophisticated call blockers that can block many individual lines and entire area codes.  Everyone should do this and and research NOMOROBO.
So, you can keep buying and paying for more and more numbers and we will keep updating with more and more devices to block.

3. 80 Percent of Dialamerica's business is in bound. Why? because those stotre credit cards you sign up for.
4. There are over 24 call centers, and dial has been around since the 1950's look it up, and do research.

I work for DialAmerica and the reason you are comming up in our computers is because our calls fall into the catagory of a fundraiser so the Normal DO NOT CALL list does not apply. Just tell the person on the other end of the phone that you want to be "delisted" and they should take you off our lists

telemarketers are just pantie wastes that washed out of the garbage pick-up biz!

You may all be interested in knowing that the Do Not Call List does have certain exceptions, which includes charitable fundraising. This means that you would need to be an actual human being and request that they put you on their intern Do Not Call List. Otherwise, you are simply getting yourself stressed and angry, and will become very  frustrated when your reports do nothing to stop the call.

To the "honest rep" who states: "You may also receive the calls if you just stop paying for it without calling in to cancel after you are told you must do when you sign up and want to stop the service."  Umm... NO!
They call to try to get me to renew. I had a fully paid subscription, didn't "stop paying". I don't sign up for those auto renewals. I have no outstanding bills.. nor has any magazine said I do. They just want me to renew. I am on the DNC.
I hope you can find another job that doesn't involve bothering people who did nothing to ask for it.

I'm not familiar with this company.  But, not all telemarketing is a scam.  It is "marketing".  It is supposed to interrupt you, like a TV commercial or the ads at the movies.  The idea is to get your attention and attempt to sell you something.  You can change the channel on the TV and you can hang up on the telemarketer.  Just say  No thanks.    People seem to have a special hatred for telemarketers.  These are people just like you working for a living trying support families, pay rent or a mortgage without help from the government.   Lighten up.

If you are going to make posts and sound intelligent, why don't you learn to spell and write like you have an education.  For instance, you are saying that "we are aloud" to call, blah, blah, blah.  The word is spelled "allowed".  I just called Dial America to have my number removed from the call list and the person who answered the phone couldn't pinpoint the calls to any magazine.  A real bunch of professionals you are - HAH!

I am getting repeated calls from this Dial America outfit and am plenty sick of it.  I am on the Do Not Call List, but these jerks don't seem to care.  I am going to report them to the FCC.

So you'r telling me that if I'm polite and ask this one of 100,000 employees who's calling from one of several/many locations who can't afford to spend any unnecessary time on the line because time is money that he/she is going to take the time and remove me from the list.  I prefer my method which is to put them on hold until they get the message.  They are people and they are intrusive and because they are anonymous they could care less if you are rude to them.  I actually think they chuckle over the rise they get out of people.  So just tell them that the master of the house will be right with them, just hang on, and then put the phone on mute and set it down.  My guess is they will eventually get the message ... which is, don't waste your time calling this number.

Wow, you scumbag liar. Way to play down your part in the scam. What valuable service do you provide? That's what I thought. Do you really think people want you to call them. Justifying telemarketing scams is pathetic and you should be ashamed to be associated with this business in any way in my opinion.

Caller ID shows a number of calls from this number.  Today when I answered person spoke in Spanish. When I asked them to speak in English they did.  Caller was looking for someone else at our number and did not want to leave a message.  Very annoying.

They keep calling i never pick up but do not pick up if you do they earn money and  u loose money its a scam

I work for DialAmerica, we do good things daily for people who respect us when we call them. If you request to not be called again, we will ask you if you would like to stop receiving calls reguarding that magazine, you say yes, but the reason you keep getting calls from us is because you have a million magazines and you told us to take you off the ONE magazines list. We are aloud to call you ONCE EVERY 48 hours about the SAME magazine. if you have more than one, thats why you are getting calls more than once a day. We do provide excellent customer service and are happy to remove you if you ask us to, believe me we don't enjoy talking to you rude people that curse us, if you dont want us to call simply say dont call and we won't. There is NO reason for us not to remove you, if you don't want to talk to us then your wasting MY time because in a 5 hour shift I renew 20 magazines.

A relative answered when they called asking for my minor son, they asked to speak to a parent when relative handed me the phone they had hung up.

Call my home at least 4 times a day. No messages left, no one on the other end.

What is the point  of  the  call.   Number 201 373 8326  dials my
number.   I pick up.  They hand up.   It makes no sence in my
little mind.   You guys and gals are wasting your lives.  Go  out
and shoot  marbles.

I got this call and the lady who answered said she was calling from "borders" magazine, i think, to renew our subscription.

Also calling my house, no message left on voice mail. I wonder if its some political thing.

Actually i've worked for them for over a year, and we don't call you unless you decide to subscribe for something. You may also receive the calls if you just stop paying for it without calling in to cancel after you are told you must do when you sign up and want to stop the service. You may also be getting the calls if you refuse to be placed on the do not call list yet keep calling and complaining or will not go through the simple procedure of getting placed on the do not call list so we can stop calling you. As for not leaving voicemails, we are legally not allowed to unless you have given us permission to do so. As a dial america employee, I do also understand of calling one of the phone numers and not getting through. We've had a couple of phone numbers not working, and/ or you may also have a wait period if there is a high call volume. We do not want you to have a bad experience, however there is so much we can do. Hope this was somewhat helpful
