i want this call stopped asap

Keep getting calls from this number on my cell as does my husband on his.  We do  not give out our cell number and would like to block this if possible.

Noticed the comments are ended July 07.  Just received a series of calls on my cell phone in Jan 08.  Is this back in service?  Where do I report abuse?

11:53 AM, Feb. 13, 2008 got a call from these people.  The have another number that calls me also, it's a Michigan number but the same company name: Feature Films For Families.

How do they get our cell phone numbers?  Or are they just inputing random numbers hoping to get lucky?

This is a new one on me - the Canadian call center. I have been watching Feature Films for Families of Murray, Utah and Dove Foundation, a non-profit of Grand Rapids, MI for a while now. Maybe this is how they continue to skirt the rules - make the calls from Canada rather than the USA. Just look up the Wikipedia entry for Dove Foundation and get a good rundown of what this is all about. Also read the previous versions of the Wikipedia entry for Dove Foundation, because someone keeps going in there and deleting the 'dirt'.

Have been getting repeated calls up to half a dozen times a day. Here's what I've dug up so far through WhitePages.com. Isn't time that we started on online petition for an international do not call list?

Scrammer!  Spammers!  Block that call! I blocked that call in November, because I found the call highly irregular and suspicious!

This lady has been calling for weeks! Today I turned the table on them.  I have set up my own auto-dial and am calling them continuously and, doing what they do to me, HANGING-UP!!!  Please join me in my cause if you have the time.  I'm absoultely fed up!

I recieved a call at 8:39 pm from 201.373.8332 last night but didn't notice that I missed a call until this morning.  I thought I would google to find out where the 201 area code was from.  I never call numbers I don't recognize.  I figure if they don't leave a message then it's not important enough to call back.

I got one of these calls a wile ago and did not think anything of it but i got one again today, from 201-373-8332. Does anyone know the purpose of this person calling? oh, by the way i am in Dallas, Texas.

today is the 4th time i have received a call from this number 201-373-8332.
I always screen my calls and have never answered from this number. I don't intend to either. I realize people have to work for a living, but when will they realize we hate telemarketing? I wish they would find another job and leave us the hell alone! But, then i suppose the internet would be littered with ads, more so than it is now! If I want your product, i will look for it!

This number has called me several times on the caller ID it said family survey. o ya i live alone and an unlisted # WHY WOULD THEY WANT INFORMATION ON FAMILY. I have never answered any call because it shows on caller ID I'm in my seventies what in the world would they want to say me?I THINK THESE PEOPLE ARE LAZY AND HAVE NOTHING MORE TO DO THEN TO GET PEOPLE UPSET.

I just recieved a call from this number 201-373-8332. I google every unknown # now and 99.9% of the time they are scams. I live in Austin Texas now, but I am from Canada...thought that was weird.

I screen my phone calls on numbers I don't know and this one is the 3rd time in the last 3 weeks its popped up so It's nice to know it isn't just me and that I have an idea where the numbers comin from.

They called and did not leave a message.

I called them back and they answered "Customer Service". When I asked what company they asked if I had 20 seconds to which I said no. I then asked to have my number removed which they claim they did.

MY CALL FROM THIS NUMBER AGAIN ASKED FOR LADY OF HOUSE BUT SINCE SHE WAS ACTUALLY TALKING TO MY ANS MACHINE THAT'S ALL THAT WAS SAID, AND ALSO GOT "WE'LL CALL YOU BACK".  CALLER ID REPORTS "FAMILY SURVEY".

I've been receiving the same calls for over a month on my house phone and on my cell phone and I live in Kansas!! Multiple numbers but they all do the same thing! Some of the numbers are 231-224-2070, 571-283-6422, and this number. Who ever is doing it doesn't have a life!! When they call my house they don't say anything and call back multiple times after that, it is very annoying!!

Received a call from 1 (201) 373-8332 on Nov. 28, 2007. A woman asked for the lady of the house. Hung up and googled the number. I'm from Austin, Texas. I figured most of you are from Canada so what would they want with me?

My husband received a call from this number on his cellphone.  No one even knows his number except his 2 sisters, our 2 daughters, and T-mobile.  The caller asked for our daughter by name.  She hasn't lived here in 10 years.  He told the caller that she wasn't here, but that he was her father.  Then the caller asked if his grandchildren came to see him at least twice a month.  He tried to ask her who she was and she said, "I'll call back later."

After reading this forum yesterday, I called the number back.  It called me 3 times yesterday and never leaves a message.  When I called back several times saying different things, I figured out that it was a recording.  The last time that I called I keep saying "I'm sueing you." after the recording would say something.  Finally it asked me to hold on a couple of minuets.  I guess 'sue' is a key word, because I got someone on the line that was a real person.  I asked her to take my name off of her list and asked for confirmation in the mail.  She told me that I would have to write to the following:

This company at 201-373-8332 has been harrassing us for 5 months.  They call and hang up.  Telus isn't doing anything about it - they just refer us to cal security at 1-877-333-8888.  These folks are bad, rude, and cause us grief - watch out!!!

25 calls in one afternoon, yesterday -- all electronic noise, no voices. 69ed and was able to leave message that if they called again would get medieval on their a****.

This is completely annoying, called them to get them to stop harassing me. The first time I called, the woman gave me all this crap about entertainment for kids or something. Well, I called the number again, I told her "I need to talk to the manager". An actual man came on and I gave him my phone number, and he replied "It will take at least 24 hours to remove you from our list."   If this number continues to call, I will report them to the police and the BBB.  I have received at least ten calls from them in the past two weeks.

It's the same as everyone else is reporting.  Unfortunately this might be a case of a bored employee, however, it's rude and a waste of my cell minutes.
