repeated call, dead silence with quick hang up.

The call comes in, no one is there and I'm not late on a card payment.  HSBC has one of my credit card and call all time to sell me services. If they call for my wife, they will not take "not interested" as an answer and keep calling back until they get her and she says "not intereste"  Next month they call again.

They will not quit calling me either and they use several numbers but it is the same company!

I keep receiving calls from different numbers and when I call back I have the option to take my number off the sales list for HSBC, but then the next day I receive a call from a different number, but still HSBC.. It is very aggrevating!!

I keep getting calls from HSBC from different numbers as well.  I have called 6 times now to have my number taken off their list and still get at least one a day from different numbers!

HSBN keeps on calling trying to get me to sign up for all kind of BS. I am closing my account with them since I can't take any more calls.

Ok.I just got the call. Saw the number on the caller ID. It's long distance so naturally I am @ work and I am not going to pick it up. So I traced it and found this site. Interesting. I have (2) credit cards with this company and THEY CALL ALL THE TIME! Your right about using different numbers too. Oh get this... I was late by ONE DAY and they were blowing my phone up. I told the agent the bill was paid and they aplogized and said they will notate my account. Guess what?? 2 minutes later my phone rings and it's THEM AGAIN!!! Calling about the other account. This has happened more than once. I have had ENOUGH!!!!!

Okay, I dont have a credit card with them. I get a call and its thems blowing and growling in my phone. The scariest call ive ever heard. I thought i was getting a call from the predator.

I do have a card with them but I got the call with the growling (like a tiger) in the phone...no speaking.  This is very strange and I am going to look into reporting them to some other authority.  Anyone have any ideas about who that would be?

We have an account with HSBC. We've recieved many calls from them, but since the account is in my husband's name, they won't talk with me. I just had a voicemail left about 750pm EST. I had the freaky voicemessage left that sounded like an animal in the wild. what the heck is this? If anyone hears anything, please post what to do to make it stop............

It's a HSBC Credit card company.  I called the number back.

3 calls yesterday from HSBC using three different numbers, then this one from "unavaiable". Can't bi*** too much about Orchard Bank since I'm rebuilding credit after a divorce related bankruptcy but the calls are annoying so I wanted to add a note here. I only give out the number for my fax machine so enjoy the handshake suckers!

yeh they keep calling me also! Unfortunately there is nothing i can do about it. It is a telemarketer calling for hsbc and since i have one of their credit cards the do not call law does not apply to them.

I answer and tell them the person is not here. as Itry to tell them not to call anymore they interupt me and say no message I will call back. is this how hsbc treats its customers. I have never been late on my card and should not have to be continually harassed

I HAVE NOT ANSWERED THIS #. USUALLY RINGS 3 TIMES AND HANGS UP. I GET THESE CALLS 3 TO 5 TIMES A WEEK.

This number is a credit card company called HSBC. I got involved with them when I made a purchase from bed retailer Furniture Row (Denver Mattress Company). Credit cards were automatically set up and sent to me after I made the purchase under offer of one year with no finance charge. They are trying to sell me insurance protection for the credit card account that I never used. Very annoying. I am paying account off, cutting cards up, and sending them a note with words I won't use here!

This number is associated with credit card company HSBC. If you have dealt with a retail outlet named Furniture Row, you may have been issued credit cards. They are now trying to sell protection for the card.

Caller ID says the number is from Hackensack, NJ.  They call but never hang up once the answering machine picks up.

no one spoke - just heard strange sounds & heavy breathin then the line went dead after about three minutes.

i also saw the number, didnt answer and got a voicemail of a "wild animals" or some kind of wolf.

this number keeps calling my house..just curious as to who it is.HSBC has been calling a lot also, but i never answer and dont have an account w/them.

I have my answering machine set for 5 rings, most auto dialer programs stop after 4...... since the vast majority of answering machines default at 4 rings, i never get left any messages on my machine.

The name of the caller is ITC, a telemarketing firm contracted by HSBC to sell credit card insurance.

Heavy breathing and animal noises here too. Strange...HSBC called twice the day before with different numbers each time. Wonder if it's someone working at HSBC trying to have fun...not funny though.

Multiple calls. Caller asks for my room-mate. When told I will take a message they hang up. This has gone on several times a day EVERYDAY for months! Used to do-not-call feature on the call back. It has made no difference.
