Receive missed calls from them on my cell which is Registered with the "Do Not Call" Registry. They can call 2? times before they can be Reported???

Dis foreiegn sob just called me & called out my ssn# to me!! Not a happy camper!! I speak English, not Idiot language!! My ssn is nobody's business!! Thank You!!

It is illegal from them to threaten you and use obscene language.  There is a number you can dial right after they call you that reports them to the phone company.

The police can get that record and you can sue them for a reasonable amount of money. When they call, tell them your attorney told you to record the conversation and you are putting them on notice the call is being recorded.

If they continue to call get the company name, address, and the name of who you are talking to.  Then talk to a lawyer and sue them.

Even if you owed the company money they can't keep harassing you. There are laws and they are regulated.

this is a number used by a debt collector that is not in the states. They collect on payday loans. Everything they say over the phone is not real. All lies lies lies. The Best thing to tell them is that they have the wrong number...........................................................If this does not work then change your number ...................................

Just had the same experience, here in Los Angeles -- caller ID showed this number, I answered and nobody was there... strange!

HARASSING PHONE CALLS

This number called me and it is a debt collector. The person they were looking for I don't know and I have had the number for two years almost three. I told them to delete my number. They apologized and hung up. Hopefully this stops the calls.

I was called very early in the morning 3/22/12 and by the time the phone woke me up and I got out of bed and ran to answer it, who ever called had gone into voice-mail, or not - and they simply hung-up. Either way, they interrupted my life, and then there is no one on the other end - just static/voices. I did the reverse phone search and found them to be in New Jersey of which I know no one!
Please stop these harassing phone calls. This call also came on my cell phone of which I reside in Springfield Missouri and telemarketing is absolutely not allowed and punishable by stiff fines if they do call, and especially if you are on the "No Call" list (Which I am.).

These idiots call every day. I have no debts - zero - so I don't know why they bother. Don't they have enough legitimate deadbeats they can call?

i receive numerous calls from this number. no one on the lien. And they never leave any messages.

I get calls from 201-374-8619 at least 2 to 5 times a day. When I answer the phone there is no one there. What's the point in calling someone if they are not going to say why they are calling?

This number is calling a place of business. It is our corporate headquarters in Henderson NV. It is always a hang up call. The phone is always answered with, "How may I direct your call", at which point the person hangs up.

Our message is clear that it is a place of business as well. Our corporate office is always listed as such with the 800 number.

Seeing as how it is an 800 number this person knows before they dial that they have no right, legal or otherwise, to call a place of business to solicate or attempt to contact a member of the company with anything other than business inquiries for our type of corporation.

201-374-8619 is noted as being in violation of contact calls outside the venue of our company. This number will be reported as of, March,21/2012

This number calls my cell phone and then there is nobody there when I answer.  Last call, my cell phone said the call was on hold (and here I am saying "Hello, Hello?").  Apparently, my cell number belonged to someone who left debts before I got the number 2 years ago.  I have told numerous callers (several collectors, calling from several different numbers) that I do not know her.

I guess it's time to reject/block this number.

Hi I'm a paralegal and I worked in debt collection for 2 yrs. It is a nasty job I started all the lawsuits for debtors the collectors sat outside my office and I could hear them hammering away on phone at people who owed bills one guy swore aT the people starting at 8am every morn people who lost their jobs had cancer and others who had sad stories why they couldn't pay suffered the wrath of god. This was a law firm in new haven ct. The attorney pres of firm was a millionaire 3x over and a member of mensa.he didn't care just get the $$$. We sued everyone. One day in court was reserved for him a week he'd had so many cases. He was the talk of the legal field and not good either. No compassion or empathy for anyone . He even spit out his good paralegals and attorneys every couple yrs. What a lesson I learned this number calling all of us even me is a debt collector trying to collect on an old credit card. My husband did have one. He lost his job. But what bothers me is them calling u guys who r thye wrong colks or who already paid them. Definitely something fishy here. They'll double collect if ur stupid enough to give it to them.  Remember if u get sued and judgment occurs they can't touch ss cks or disabilility cks even at your bank acct. Only child support and govt loans r attachable.hope it helps u.

Every single thing he did is against the Fair Credit Act. Report him, as what he did is completely illegal.

called at 2:30 Am this morning wanted a Myra or Mandarin J*** I told him he had the wrong number.there was no person by that name here. he screamed he was with some quick collections agency and get off my fu** a** and get Myra on the phone now! I tried to tell him he had the wrong number. he called me a mother f***** then when I asked him for his supervisor. I didn't need to talk to any F****** supervisor .and tell her to get her f****** k*** on the phone now! I hung up on him and immediately he called back I answered he demanded a credit card number. he claimed he was going to garnish her wages and put leans on her I told I didn't care because I do not know any Myra. its now 8:45 Am and he's still calling. almost 8 hour's of straight calling. he is rude abusive calls you names cusses. claims its legal because he is attempting to collect a debt.

those mofos called me early in the morning. i answered and wasted the little minutes left on my prepaid cell phone thinking it might be a potential employer. but they didn't even have the decency to answer me.  i hope they all (VISION FINANCIAL owners and collection agents and their families) all die in a blazing fire at the next holiday party. IM FED UP WITH THESE CALLS TO MY PARENTS LAND LINE. THEY ARE ELDERLY & HAVE MANY DOCTORS & THEIR PHARMACY CALLING ALL THE TIME. WE HAVE NO TIME FOR THIS CRAP. I got a call from them today.  My caller ID says Dumont, NJ and nothing more.  Didn't leave a message on my machine and hung up.
