This caller calls constantly and at inappropriate times. They have also refused to honor the "no call" system.  derf

Just received this call and did not answer. 10 min later they called back, it was a machine.

This number is harassing me and not identifying themselves.   They are calling my cell phone at 8 o'clock at night an refuse to stop calling me.

Not only are they persistent, they are in bed with the phone companies because my service (AT&T) "call block" indicates I cannot block a call from that number!

I was getting calls from this group before only they were using a different number.  They get around the do-not-call list by having a page on their ad requesting your name, address and number to see if you are qualified to receive their package. Which is what I did. If they can prove you have done business with them before then the do-no-call list doesn't apply.  I guess we just don't answer their calls and be better informed the next time.  We American's are just too trusting.

This is absurd!!! they literally called my cell while I was at work on Saturday 12 times!!!!! I have placed my number on the do not call list & still the calls continue.  Will be filing a complaint once its been 31 days!  they are now using another number also  201-355-2469

I got at least 10, 15 calls everyday for the past 5 days.

Let's all complain and then call the Attorney General in both NJ and Utah.

This is PISSING me OFF. We get BACK to BACK calls from this number starting at 8pm EVERY night. I try to call them and it says "due to a high volume of calls there are no customer service representatives to help you".

These BASTARDS better stop this. We have JUST gotten home with our 2 year old from children's hospital and I have NO problem chewing them a new butt hole.

NO consideration for others whatsoever. I will SUE them for harrassment if they keep this up.

If anyone else is interested in suing, we could possibly do a class action, I am not really sure how that goes, I will have to talk to my attorney about that.

A piece of advice everyone(from personal research)...
It is legal for a telemarketer to call you if:
1) You have a business with the telemarketing firm
2) You have willingfully provided your contact information (online or verbal)
3) You have provided your consent for them to contact you (online or verbal)
4) Asked about a product or service within the last 6 months

What you can do (what I've done):

1) If you do not want to be called by a telemarketer making an exempt call, you can ask to be put on the telemarketer’s internal do not call list. They have to respect your request. Keep in mind however that this list in some companies updates every 48/72 hours.
2) What I've personally done is this - tell them that you've already signed up with them and you still continue to receive calls. They'll ask for a confirmation number, say that you have it in your computer somewhere along with a username and password and you already paid their start-up fee of $1.95 or $1.97 or something like that. In my case so far - it's working. :)

I have received 20 calls in the last 6 hours.  I'm starting to get really angry.  I have called the number back and have the option of putting my number on there do not call list.  They keep calling anyway.  I have had enough!

I started receiving calls from this number yesterday.  Three calls just today alone.  I did a reverse look up and found that they are located in Westwood, NJ.  I did request info on the Google work at home program but when I went back to the site to read the terms of service I realized it wasn't directly from Google.  Ironically I found this page by doing a Google search, is to laugh (ha,ha).  Hopefully with enough complaints the calls will cease, keep smiling!

I've filed my official FCC complaint and it felt GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!  Do it - these calls qualify!!!

This info is for their WEBHOST - if they get enough complaints, they WILL SHUT DOWN THEIR WEBSITE AND THEIR SCAM - it violates their TOS!

I started receiving calls today.  I picked up the first time, not know who it was.  A gentleman with very heavy accent told me that he was calling from Google Work-at-home.  I told him I wasn't interested.  However, I still receive calls from them, non-stop, 3 calls within less than 2 hours.  I just ignored the calls.  I think they'll just keep calling until someone picks up again... =(

I signed up for the "work from home" google ad which was backed by CNN and other stations. You sign up and receive the work at home package. This was yesterday and I have received calls from this number at LEAST 15 times today!!! Google being a reputable company, should not allow information to become public record and something needs to be done....

This is not Google. This is a scam from www.profitstudiolearning.com where they represnt themselves as Google Startup. After repeately asking the lady she kept saying that her company name is "Backed By Google" and later on asking the website she gave me the above link. They would first ask for a small fee of $1.79 to get started and then charge $69 every month for the service unless you cancel it. And guys cancelling this is not easy as you will always get voicemail on their numbers. Stay away!!

This is Google "Online work at home" business.  You may have inquired about it, then after realizing you have to pay $$$$$$$$$$ for the info, you just exited out.  That is how they have your name number and so forth.

Ok so Ive been getting calls from this number for about 2 weeks at least 6-10 times a day. If you try to call back a recording comes on and you can never get thru. I answered when they called today and told them to STOP calling. She said I requested info and I dont recall doing that. The lady was very rude so if they call me again I will report them to the BBB!!!!

I just started receiving the calls yesterday and they haven't stopped, these people are calling like they know me.

The caller is a service provided by Google, they're trying to get you to sign up for their advertisment so that you can "make money from the comfort of your own home".

I called back after several calls and pressed 2 when I reached an automated service. It didn't work, so I finally answered the next call.

A lady was asking for me, somehow knowing my name, phone number, and email address. Long story short, we were on the phone for almost ten minutes, me trying to make her realize that I don't remember giving out such information and that I wanted my number off their list.

I just did this, so I don't know whether they'll leave me alone or not.

But it's definitely Google, and it looks like you just have to answer and tell them to stop calling you.

I am getting calls from this number and pressing 2 doesn't work :(

I just called the number back and got a voicemail prompt that instructs you to press the number 2 if you'd like your number to be placed on their "do not call" list.  I just did it.  If it doesn't work, I'll post again and let you all know.

Glad that I don't know anybody from NJ so I know this is a commercial call, never picked it up.

I am sick of the harassing call from this number which represents Verizon. And they refused to take me off of their call list.  These people never answer with an operator as well.  Jen

Brief asked for me with mispronounced name in strong foreign accent; two calls with no answer when I picked up.  All 3 in 2 days.  Had another call that said it was from Google but not sure it was this number.
