simply save the number to your cell phone.  then give it a name..  i name them Unknown 1  Unknown 2 and so forth.  i have over 25 Unknown number in my phone now.  in each one, i select the ringer to "no ring".  they can call anytime of the day or night and i never know it till later when i look at my phone and see that i have missed a call.  it costs nothing.  no need to pay 5 bucks a month and only get 15 numbers to block.  simply create your own block list and its pretty unlimited.  dependent on the storage capability of your phone.

We received 4 calls in 4 hours.  My husband finally called the number and got a "this number has been disconnected" message.  So, if it's disconnected, how can they make calls?

I have gotten 6 calls from 201-471-9853, I say hello, no one replies, but I hear background noise.

Bayonne, NJ has called me 7 times this morning calling and hanging up on me.  I just got the last call and they offered me a 50.00 gift card and a 25. Gift card but wanted my email address I hung up on them.  Beware of the Walmart gift card scam you get via text or even online.  This is where they found me.  I thought I was on a Walmart secure site and exited the screen it was too late they had all my info.

I received several phone calls a week from this number. No one is on the line when I answer. Cannot call back as "phone is out of service" or just get "elevator music".  Very annoying

I've been receiving phone calls from several different phone numbers & frankly I am getting sick & tired of them. I just finished getting a call 10 min. ago from that (201) 471-9853. When I answered the phone I didn't get a "hello" or any type of answer. So I did try calling it back & the operator says that I have reached a # that has been disconnected or no longer in service, which I found ridiculous! These phone calls are harassment because I do receive them on a daily basis. What can I do?? I NEVER ordered anything I don't need any confirmations for anything! STOP CALLING & HARASSING whoever you are. GET A LIFE!! & GET A REAL JOB!!!

Started getting calls from numbers with invalid area codes and now I started getting calls from this 201-471-9853. Every number that has called me has been reported as a scam and several of the numbers are from the same people. When they do not get anywhere with one number they start calling you from a new number. Never answer a number you do not recognize or call them back and always look it up. Report any and all numbers relating to scams. I also have registered all my families cell numbers on the National Do Not Call List. However, it takes 31 days to go into affect and you have to re-register annually.

This number rang in 5 times on my cell phone today (3/12/ 2012).  I don't know anyone in the "201" area code so I let it ring.  It didn't even finish completely ringing to leave a message. That's always suspicious.  I just now called the number back and got a message from Verizon that stated that number is "no longer in service or has been disconnected."  What?!  I just got 5 calls from them!  I have been registered on the "do not call" list since it first started but it doesn't deter these guys

My caller Id came up as Pro Support 201-471-9853.  From what I have found it looks like they are out of New Jersey.  They have been calling me every hour for the last two days.  Answered it today , Sat, and I got what sounded like a staged recording.  Guy said Hello and then another long silence and then thank you good bye.

NOTE : They have been calling for the last 2 days before I decided to answer one of the calls.

I have been getting calls from this 201-471-9853.  They call every hour.  I decided to answer one of the calls today <Sat>,  There was dead silence then a guy comes on says 'Hello' then another long silence then he said 'thank you'.  Most of the call was this dead silence.  By the breaks it sounded like a staged recording but it was a normal voice.

got a call from this number said they were from pro shopper and i had filled a survey out. i was to get a $50 gift card $25 restuarant voucher an d$100 worth of coupons but needed 2.95 to cover handling charges. want credit card number but i could cancel anytime. did not like me telling them i would not give them my cc # got rude and went blah blah at me when i told them to delete my number and anything pertaining to me then they hung up.

Total scam. Anyone who gets a call from this # needs to call police.

I dont know who is calling me from this number,but it needs to stop.They wont get anything from me, but hung up on. Im a waist of these cons time.

This is ridiculous that nothing is done about these people so easily getting phone numbers. This is the third nagging number I have. I've already reported two to the police. Here goes another. There should be a lot more privacy to your phone number whether it be home or cell. We pay enough.

This number has called me 3 times already today.  The first time I answered it and it was a live man saying his name was Will and he was calling in regard to the online survey I did today.  I didn't do any survey, so I hung up.  It has called back 2 times since then.

Incessant repeat calls from this number.

My calls from this crap company started today. I think I'll use the air horn greeting.  Joke 'em if they can't take a F**K. Bet I can give 'em a dose of their own medicine.  Seems that the folks that have tried to go thru the various govt. agencies have not met with any degree of success. I say get even - if they are all deaf, they won't be able to make all these calls.

I have no idea where this call is emanating from.

I tried to call the number back and it says...we're sorry this number has been disconnected or is no longer in service....but....he keeps calling from that number!!!!!! The name is Will, doesn't give a company name, calls at all hours several times a day, wants my credit card number!!!!, says I filled out an online survey and he wants to reward me with coupons or deals on purchases in local stores. This is a horrible scam. I tried to write to the FCC. I don't know what else to do. I am on a do not call list too.  People out there...do not do online surveys...they are not worth it!!

I keep getting calls from this person named Will who wants my debit card or credit card number so he can send me free gifts to all my favorite stores. I have told them no many times, and even tried to call the number back. There is always a 2 second delay when talking to him and answering questions as though the call is being recorded. I have asked to be taken off their list. They call and wake me up or call me at odd times during the day and night. I am very annoyed...wish they'd stop calling. They do not give a company name.
