I get these calls as well, what is it?

I am here to testify against Rory. He had also contacted me via Craigslist informing me he can help me sell my authentic designer items. After I handed over my bags, he did make an attempt to sell them. After one of them sold, it took him over 3 weeks for him to hand over my money. The second item sold as well and I tried countlessly to get my money back from him but he failed to comply. He originally resided in Manhattan, NY. He kept giving me excuses why he didn't have my money and kept insisting "next week". Soon he moved to New Jersey and did not return my phone calls or text messages.

I do not know the situation between him and Ninti but I am here to say that Rory had been dishonest with me and scammed me.

I got a fake bag so good it fooled experts in the handbag world.  Ninti also sent bags to a store called Jill's consignments in Jacksonville, FL.  Call them yourself and learn how Ninti plays the dumb role and acts like the victim.  You can call Detective Perez too.  Call them and then you or anyone else decide who is right or wrong?

This is abait and switch on Ninti's part.  She knows these are fakes but offers them as real.  It is only a matter of time before the buyer of the bag realizes it is fake and does a chargeback.  The bags sell for $15k a piece.  But since the prospective seller was already paid Ninti (alias as her real name is Tamika Ramsour) via western union, I am left holding the weight.

You knew it was Ninti El Bey because you know whom you have been calling, more obviously, you put my husband into the picture, why?
Because you know you called him from that number? after sending me an email telling me you got his info from facebook. While you were threatening me and my family through your emails that are now with every federal internet crimes agency imaginable.

I am in Charlotte NC, a 704 area code. Please be aware that the calls are coming from (201) area code in New Jersey which is where this person Rory Anderson Gage is conducting an unlicensed business. He is targeting me because I know he sold the bag and did not compensate me. He's purporting to be a consignment expert that authenticates designer handbags, soliciting people from craigslist and who knows where else. I sent him a "Hermes Birkin" handbag to authenticate. He authenticated the bag,said it was authentic, told me he could get at least 10k for the bag. I have not received the bag back or any compensation. There are several law enforcement agencies that are conducting investigations regarding "Rory" and the entire ring of con-artists that run these scams in New Jersey seems that its the scam capital of the World. If you have sent him a handbag get it back!! If you planned on doing business with this person he is unworthy of your time. He prank calls sends stalking emails, him and his friends call and just sit on the phone attempting to intimidate people. This is a violation of FEDERAL LAW N.C. Gen. Stat. 14-277.1, COMMUNICATING THREATS. NC. GEN STAT. 14-196," ANNOYING OR HARASSING BY TELEPHONING OR MAKING FALSE STATEMENTS OVER TELEPHONE" AND GEN. 14-196.3 CYBERSTALKING.

NOTE:  Look for the statutes in your State for harassment, cyberstalking and file a federal complaint and police report regarding these crimes. Go To the FTC.gov start there. Then go to your consumer protection agency within your State and New Jersey.

My Complaint;

"Rory" from www.MidtownAuthentic.com located in Hoboken, New Jersey solicited me from Craigslist. Rory claimed to be an expert authenticator of designer handbags and stated he could sell the handbag on consignment. Rory paid to have the bag shipped to his location in Hoboken, NJ. After two weeks of authenticating the bag through "various friends" he said that it was authentic and proceeded to market the bag. Around May 10th,2010 he emails that he has two potential sales for the bag. It is now June 13th, 2010 I have not received any compensation or return of the item. The item is a high priced designer handbag, Rory said he had a sale for the bag for $5000.00

This person continues to send me harassing, threatening emails and refuses to return my property. Property  has a value of at least $5000.00 according to the owner of Midtown Authentic, consignment store.

I have attached emails of the evidence;

HE DID DISCLOSE THAT HE HAD A SELL FOR THE BAG AND SEVERAL PARTIES OF INTEREST, BUT HAS NOT SENT ME ANY COMPENSATION OR RETURNED THE HANDBAG.

I HAVE SPOKEN TO SEVERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES AND THIS PERSON IS BEING INVESTIGATED IN COLORADO, NEW YORK, NEW JERSEY AND NORTH CAROLINA FOR SAME TYPE OF OFFENSE.

Here is how to get rid of the calls:

When they call pick up the phone, don't allow them to say anything, tell them you are on the Do Not Call list and they are to stop calling IMMEDIATLY. Tell them (true or not) that you have caller id to identify them and if they keep calling you will SUE them. No one in Corp. Americia wants to take a chance that you will not sue so trust me, they will stop! Then hang up with out giving them a chance to respond.

My son is a telemarketer....I am a paralegal....we know this will work!

I am the purported caller.  I have the consignment store in NJ.  Please be advised that the number calling you is not our store.  The person that is calling you is named Ninti el Bey of Charlotte, NC.  Ninti el Bey is someone that sent me a fake bag to sell and when I realized it was fake and then realized she sent bags to other consignment stores around the country, I went to the police and FBI and sent the bag to them.

The person calling you is a member of the Moorish Nation.  This is a cult of people that think they have their own rights and laws so naturally Ninti thinks it is ok to call you as me, to defame me and have you all think I am fraudulent.  Many of the above comments are posted by Ninti herself and her husband.

If you get calls please call Detective Chris Perez of the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Dept Computer Crimes Unit at 704-432-4707.  Inform him of what is happening to you.  He already knows.  Or call Ninti yourself at 704-919-8197 and ask her why she thinks it is ok for her to try and scam me and when I caught her and reported her, she felt it ok to create a Google Voice account and pretend to be me to hurt you.  Thanks

Got a call from this same number today...201-497-4257.  No message was left.  I don't know anyone from Jersey....I do seem to be getting a lot of unwanted solitation calls on my cellphone here in the past few days.  I wonder if this guy is another telemarketer.

received a call from this number twice today. I do not answer my phone when I don't recognize the number. I figure if someone really wants to reach me they can leave a message. Please stop calling, sick of my cell phone being used to scam or try and get my private information.

Callers from 201-497-4257 are very rude and refuse to leave messages but continue to call at the same time every day. They should be out of business.

Do you think I was born yesterday?  YOU could be 201-497-4257, trying to collect information from me.

If not, know that we have received a call from this number at least 7 times now - it rings, we pick it up, say hello about five times, and it never says anything - eventually hangs up on us.  We are SICK of it.  We are looking into how to block it from our phone.

Our phone identifier does say it is from Westwood, NJ.
